You don't go on a continental trip without good planning. We were looking for the right expert to guide us to wildlife in Alaska that's how we found Glen. Unfortunately, our planning was postponed several times due to Corona, but our contact never stopped. And we were able to fulfil our long-planned trip in June.
Glen knew from our emails what we wanted to see and had chosen the most promising route for each of our two tours, depending on the weather, to exceed our expectations each time. He was very attentive to the perfect angle for photos and always included waves and sunlight. Not only did we find extraordinary wildlife, but we also made a new friend in the Glen.
It was a truly unique experience and a recommendation for anyone who wants to admire Alaska's nature, landscape and animals.

We spent an amazing day with Glen. He was engaging and managed to get us close to Orcas and humpback whales, sea otters, eagles and countless other sea birds. He brought us to a charming island village where we sampled fresh oysters and salmon spread and wine that Glen thoughtfully provided. I am a passionate photographer and I got some of the best shots of my life with Glen.

Glenn took our family on a full day tour. It was incredible. We started with sea bird sightings; Glenn was very knowledgeable about all sorts of marine mammals and birds, responded to all our questions and had terrific stories from his long career as a biologist. After visiting a sea otter grouping of mommas and babies, we went onto Kachemack Bay State Park where we anchored the boat and took a dinghy to shore. We hiked the Saddle trail to Grewingk Glacier. Incredible views and stories along with the way — ask Glenn about hunting moose! Back to the boat we toured Halibut Cove and walked around the small town. This was a great way to spend the day on the water, learning so much about the indigenous groups and animals. Terrific guide; easy going and fun.

We had an amazing day out on the water with Glenn. There is no better way to see Kachemak Bay and the surrounding areas than by the water, and the Pinbone is a wonderful boat. Most importantly, Capt. Seaman is a wonderful tour guide. He knows all about the local wildlife and showed us so much right up close. We were able to find humpback whales, Steller sea lions, sea otters and all sorts of birds. He also took us for a nice walk in Seldovia (great coffee!) and showed up several native towns on the coast. A heated, enclosed cabin and quite a nice bathroom (head) on the boat makes for a truly relaxing adventure!

We (my wife and I) did a full day private tour with Glen on his boat, and it was awesome!! Glen is friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. He knew a lot about the history of the area, something that we were interested in. We saw bald eagles, puffins, otters, harbor seals and many other types of birds. Also, we got to visit Halibut cove and Gull Island. Glen also followed COVID-19 protocols, which was extremely important for us.
We would definitely recommend Glen if you want to do a wildlife tour in the Kachemak Bay from Homer.

My husband and I recently took a trip to Alaska, and the highlight of our time there was our day spent on a tour of the Kachemak Bay with Seaman's Ecotour Adventures. Glenn was an amazing guide and captain - knowledgeable, personable, and very attentive. He catered the trip to what he knew we wanted to see.
Knowing that I was a "birdnerd", he made sure we had plenty of time to spend in the company of the area Bald Eagles.
It truly was an experience that we will cherish forever!

We went out twice with this outfit. It was fabulous! Glen was a wonderful and insightful host. He was always safety conscious and provided excellent care for the four of us. His knowledge of the surrounding area and sea life made it informative in addition to the natural beauty. I would highly recommend him.

We spent the day with Glenn on a full-day Ecotour. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and was great to spend the day on the water. We got to see eagles catching fish, sea otters, and even Orca whales! He was also great with our 11-year-old daughter. Thank you so much!!

Glenn was helpful to coordinate with our preferences in advance. We went on a Half-day and then Full-day trip. We saw wildlife and incredible views with some nice hiking /boating. Glenn has an excellent background in marine biology and history and the area overall. We thoroughly enjoyed our trips and have some fabulous photos and memories. We would plan another activity next time through Glenn.
