About Alaska Saltwater Adventures
Welcome aboard! Get ready to have an awesome experience and an overall great day. Not only will you have a blast catching your limit fishing, but the opportunities to see different marine wildlife, birds, mammals, and whales are nearly endless. We try to point out everything that we spot to give you ample photo opportunities. It's also a fun and exciting way to spend quality time with family and friends. The where, when, and how Our trips start at 6:30 am (7:00 am depart after August 15, 8:00 am depart in Sept.) when we meet at Buttwhackers filleting 4380 Homer Spit Rd (right behind the Salty Dawg Saloon). We will be underway for 1 - 2 hours heading through Kachemack Bay and the Lower Cook inlet. Typically, you can plan to be back at the dock no later than 4:30 pm. The fish filleters will meet us dockside, unload, haul, and hang your catch for photos. They will then fillet your fish and send them to the processor of your choice. Hooked? Check us out for more info.

Cheerful, on time performance with a great deck hand. These guys are top notch fishermen that know where the fish are. We booked back to back weekends because we enjoyed the first one so much!! Thanks Jeff and Dakota!!!

Matt's boat broke down but that he didn't let that affect his customers (Us) and another couple, one bit! In fact...he put us in the hands of Charter boat Captain, Ethan Harder & his deck hand Tanner. We had an amazing day of fishing!! 5+ stars to Ethan & Tanner for their professionalism, knowledge and all around great personalities! Mahalo!! Rick & Dejon Northon

Great Guides willing to do what it takes to get your fish. From start to finish it was exciting. Whether on the fish or seeing the whales beside us, it was fun.

Exceptional people with a good knowledge of the area. This crew took care of us. A real big shout out to the Wilderness Explorer and Destination ALASKA. A real Alaskan experience from some good quality human beings. My 2 daughters and I had the trip of a lifetime and we were all thankful. Caught a ton of fish for the freezer. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
