We took the tram to eat at the Three Glaciers restaurant. Even though it was winter and cold it was still worth the trip to the top along with the skiers.

This is a must do if you are anywhere near Anchorage. You can see 7 glaciers from the top. The view is spectacular.

You don't have to be skiing to take advantage of this! Make sure that you go on a day that it is not too windy though, they will not be running the tram if it is too windy for safety reasons. Well worth the time and money to get up there great views for people who don't ski and want... More

Friends from Anchorage took my wife and I to Alyeska during a day visit to Anchorage. We enjoyed a smooth ride up and down, great views with a bonus rainbow.

Tip: You get a day ticket for the tram if you have a reservation with Seven Glaciers. We didn't realize that when we made the reservation but we certainly took advantage of it. The tram allows people to either get up to ski downhill or to walk around the top to take in the beautiful views. Suggested you go up... More

This is absolutely beautiful! It was fun to ride up with a packed tram filled with skiers/snow boarders! The views are stunning, breath taking, beautiful and amazing! Staff are very friendly, helpful and fun. One pass allows you to ride all day! Highly recommend, is a must do!!!

The top of the tram is incredible. The view of the glaciers are awesome as is looking down at the ski resort. Dining experience at Seven Glaciers can't be missed. Hike up or down from the top is a blast.

Gorgeous year round. If you have the stamina to climb the mountain you get a free tram ride down. Truly breathtaking literally and figuratively.

The seven glacier view at sunset is one of our most treasured Alaska memories. Also recommend dinner at the Seven Glaciers Restaurant!!
