This is well worth a visit even if you are not a beer fan. Only happens at 12 & 1 daily so you need to plan to be there. You also get 3 glasses of beer so don't plan to do much else in the afternoon! It's good fun and neat t-shirts available along with beer...what's not to like??

Well worth the visit. Hard slog for these guys to start up and stay in business. Ten dollars for a talk and three beers. Well worth it.

Visiting Matutu brewery this August. Full respect to these guys for the hard work in establishing Matutu. Tour was excellent, three beers included. You won't drink anything but Matutu after visiting - love how it's fresh! And, there is takeaways too.

Recently visited the Matutu brewery which is going from strength to strength, wonderful to see, and is definiatly a must see. I also visited Akairo Creative. Raniera Ellison is a very spiritual and talantated tattoo artist and carver. He created a wonderful tattoo for me. Virtually painless, so I can very highly recommend AKAIRO CREATIVES and the MATUTU BREWERY. If... More

Didn't know what to expect with this but i was surprised to be at the brewery for quite some time. The owners are clearly very passionate about their brewery and very knowledgeable. The beer itself is damn good too

My husband and son enjoyed the tasting. We all enjoy learning a little more about the island, culture and what goes into making a beer on a small island. I found it informative I don't like beer! We picked a 'jug' of their blend to enjoy with lunch..... and dinner. Don't forget a t-shirt.

James is a great presenter and clearly passionate, the background to its origins and the beer making process is really well covered. We had three decent servings of the beer. My favourite is the stout, it has local toasted coconut and vanilla pods. These guys deserve to be supported. A must visit even for non-drinkers.

Went to their brewery tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. Having just celebrated 10 years in business this small brewery is a credit to James (who did a great job presenting the tour) and Eric. For $10 you get to learn about the process they go through, and the tribulations of doing business in a small Pacific Island. And as an... More

I wasn't really looking forward to this brewery tour but went because my husband wanted to go. However, I truly enjoyed it! The guy was really knowledgeable and passionate about his boutique brewery and he was really interesting to listen to. The beer tasting wasn't bad too! 😜
