We went to see the waterfall after hearing how good it was. Very,very disapointed...........but to be fair they hadnt had any rain for a while, so it wasnt running very well. Maybe will visit again next time.

The actual waterfall is beautiful, unfortunately it was spoilt by previous visitors who had left their rubbish behind.

The waterfall has been completely ruined by progress . I do understand the island needs drinking water but the lack of effort in protecting the waterfall is very sad for tourists and the locals. They have concreted over the rocks at the bottom and ruined the surrounding areas . They could have done much better to protect the environment . …

The small walk from the next parking place to the waterfall is clearly worth (if not having it at the end of the cross-island walk). Particularly ensure to be there early at the day before to many other join there (it is private ground and access is charged, but not early in the morning). Swimming is possible but the water is cold and fresh. Beyond that, there is plenty of pure nature, butterflies, birds and transquility.…
