Muri lagoon is simply breath taking . Peaceful even in the busy season. Water is refreshing as crystal clear. A great place to sit back/ relax, order a cocktail and simply be.

The lagoon is quite shallow so not great for swimming. It was popular with windsurfers and paddle boarders though. Snorkelling is fairly poor except for one area which is quite busy because the tour boats take a lot of people there to snorkel. Nice variety of fish to see but coral is poor. The beach itself is narrow and butts... More

We stayed right on Muri beach and had an amazing time. The lagoon is beautiful - the water is clear and you can swim, kayak, SUP or walk out to the island. There are beautiful fish you can see when you are snorkelling but they aren't plentiful.

Has to be one of the jewels of the Island... Beautiful white Sandy beach with a small group of Islands swimming distance from the beach.. Windsurfing, Paddle Boards, & Snorkeling are just a few of the activities on offer or just bake yourself in the sun... TRUELY PARADISE.....!!! 🌴🗿🌞

We are staying right on the lagoon and the water is generally warm and clear. Low tide it is very shallow and you can walk across to the island at the end but wear reef shoes. The water isnt as clean at low tide and lots of weed. Not a lot of coral at this end of the lagoon but... More

This Lagoon was just lovely, we swam, kayaked and snorkelled! The little reef fish that we saw were beautiful. After taking the glass bottom cruise and snorkel we enjoyed it so much that we then kayaked back for more! Perfect for holiday enjoyment.
