We invite you to book a Kia Orana morning or afternoon speedboat cruise (for up to 10 people) when you come to Aitutaki. Whether you are an individual or a couple, a wedding party, or a group of friends, cruising around the Lagoon and visiting One Foot Island, and Honeymoon Island is one of the most memorable things to do in the whole of the Pacific.

We cruise to what we call "the seven wonders of paradise", and every island has something special to see and experience.

We loved our day out exploring the islands and snorkeling . With a faster boat you get more time to explore both in and out of the water. Two amazing snorkeling spots with giant clams and many colorful fish. Also a great way to meet other travelers. Our captain who we nicknamed captain awesome (captain fantastic's right hand man) was... More

We were initially booked on a different tour that cancelled at the last moment. Fortunately Kia Orana was able to accommodate us at the last min. and we're really glad that they could. The smaller boat lead to an intimate experience. We initially selected the other tour as we didn't think we would enjoy spending so much time visiting islands... More

The tour was ok, but I did regret booking with them. According to them, due to weather conditions we'd have to skip 2 islands and would most likely to visit 2 snorkel spots. At the end of the 1st snorkel spot, we were taken back to the harbour and informed the tour had ended. When asked about the other snorkel,... More

Entertaining lagoon tour of the beautiful Aitutaki lagoon. This lagoon tour is limited to about 10 tourists, so it's quite personal. captain fantastic took time go exokain the local stories behind each Motu (island). One foot island and honeymoon islands are just breathtaking. The snorkelling was equal to anywhere in the world with amazing visibility. The bbq lunch was sensational.... More

Our captain for the trip was "captain worthless", seriously, he wouldn't tell us how he got that name other than," it's a long story". He did a great job, witty, friendly and very professional, as well a a pretty handy fellow at the BBQ. we had two snorkel stops which were very nice, however the wind was up an the... More

We chose Captain Fantastic's cruise rather than a larger cruise boat and it was so totally worthwhile. He provided an informative, professional and pleasurable day out with an absolutely amazing lunch on one of the outer pristine islands in this paradise. Beautifully presented in an authentic island style. The benefit is that we made it to the pure white beaches... More

If you are visiting Aitutaki, do yourself a favour and spend the day with "Captain Fantastic" on a Kia Orana snorkeling trip. It's a very personalised trip with the captain being the owner of the business and taking only small groups of people. A great way to see the beauty of Aitutaki Lagoon, visiting seven of the deserted tropical islands.... More

We did several lagoon cruises staying in Aitutaki last week. These were all fantastic; however, Kia Orana Cruises was our favorite. Our captain was kind and considerate; we saw several far-flung motu, snorkeling was incredible (and Kia Orana does snorkeling in the afternoon, when it's warmer), prices weren't that bad, and lunch was AMAZING. One thing: I wish tripadvisor would... More

I’ve been fortunate to experience several of the cruises on offer in Aitutaki, on multiple trips to the island. I would certainly rate Kia Orana Cruises as the best by far. I’ve enjoyed 2 cruises with Kia Orana now, 8 years apart… their service and the memorable experience they offer has been amazing on both occasions. The crew are very... More

From start to finish, Kia Orana Cruises provided a truly memorable, fantastic experience! Captain "Fantastic" (aka. Andrew Katu) picked us up promptly at the scheduled time and took us down to the main wharf and began our full day tour of Aitutaki's 7 Wonders. With only one other couple on the tour with us that particular day, Andrew provided us... More
