It is a fairly short ride up to Belvedere lookout although the road to get there is winding and fairly narrow so be careful of other cars coming in the other direction. The views from the top are stunning! There are also several hikes which...More

Make sure you visit the Belvedere whilst on Moorea !. The road is quite narrow and windy (our pretty gutless hirecar struggled in places with the four of us in it!) but the ride is scenic and the view when you get to the top...More

Were there through our Albert-ATV excurstion. Beautiful views. Had fun in our ATV getting there. The blues of the water were spectacular. Able to see the bottom near the shore even being that far up. Awesome!

You may reach not the top but to a great view only 20 minutes away from the highway. The road is good, we went by scooter, no problem. Make sure you take the asphalt road. The view is amazing.

Drive, walk or cycle up to the top. Worth the free look to get perspective of Mooreas beauty and geography. Must do. Been here 9 times. We always visit here.

Stop on the way up or down for a local juice bar that also sells delicious jam and sorbets. They will take US dollars and give change in CFP - great way to avoid currency exchange fees and help the locals business.

In my opinion i would say it's to far to walk. In fact it would be a very expensive taxi ride. I would call them and ask about a shuttle.
