A visit to the Moorea Dolphin Center was included in our package while staying at the Intercontinental. We likely would not have done this if it was not included as it is a bit expensive especially if you want to purchase the pictures and video at the end. That said, it was really neat to learn a bit more about... More

Costs a lot (about $NZ250) however a once in a lifetime opportunity so our teens did it. They both loved it & got to see the dolphin up close, touch it & even kiss it! Saddened me to think of the dolphins being in such a small enclosure though...

I gave this attraction only 3 stars because I'm not a fan of seeing animals in captivity. But, as a guest at the Intercontinental it was convenient and I walked right by it a few times each day that I was there so why not stop and look. If I hadn't been staying at the hotel, I wouldn't have made... More

I'm 13 and was a little nervous about doing this even though we were in shallow water but it was honestly the coolest thing ever. You get to touch the dolphin and learn about. They do so many cool things with them it is amazing and worth your money.

Stayed at this resort so that we could swim with the Dolphins to celebrate a special birthday. Swimming with the Dolphins was an unreal experience as these creatures are fascinating. Everything was well organised and was something to truly remember.

I have mixed feelings about this. The center was at our hotel so we were passing the dolphins all the time. They have 3 dolphins and all have always been in captivity. The lagoon they are in is bigger than a typical tank but not huge. It is natural though and probably much better than anywhere else where dolphins are... More

The turtles lived in dirty, shallow water. The young ones were caged into tiny areas. It just made me sick to see were the dolphins lived. These are social animals that live in groups. I wish this resort would be forced to shut it down!

It is a shallow water experience so the kids were able to touch the bottom and stand. It's not just playtime with the dolphins but there is an educational piece that goes along with it. The trainer talked showed us their speed, some trick, the heart beat and more. Incredible experience for the kids!

My husband and I did this on our honeymoon. It was expensive but worth every penny! We did the Reva for about $500, this does not include the video or pictures. We were able to deep water dive with the Dolphins, play with them and learn about them. All of the Dolphins here were born in captivity and came from... More

The Dolphin Centre at the IC is a wonderful education centre. I was fortunate to be the only person in my experience so got great value for money! Nothing but good things about this experience. If you get the opportunity to visit the Dolphin Centre enjoy every minute, it's a memory that is unforgettable.
