Well, Rob, let me tell you what I know. I now know that TripAdvisor is run by a bunch of algorithms, with no real people looking at anything, even complaints! In fact, when I tried to post my concern about the fraud company Actuar, they sent my own question back to me. Ha! So Rob, don't do business with Actuar. And definitely don't trust TripAdvisor! I hope this helps.
