Small casino but can be fun for what it is. They have a sports bar which was nice. Service and drinks were on point. The place felt safe and the facilities were clean.

Fun way to kill a couple hours. I do roulette game and pai gow poker and the rest were slots. Felt like a highroller playing in the local currency cocktail waitress brings you coffee for free .

Prices were the highest we'd paid in 2 weeks in Costa Rica. We only came here because there was nothing else close to the hotel and we had an early flight.
Service was ridiculously slow, no exaggeration, 20 minutes with empty glasses in front of us. Did I mention that there was nowhere else to go?
Only visit in times of desperation!

Be aware if you decide to dine at their Pirates restaurant located in the casino.
If you are using your credit card to pay, they will charge it to you as “advance cash “ saving them a view points from the credit card company but resulting in extra charges from your bank including interest on the advance cash.
Not exactly honest !!!

I had an overnight at a local hotel before my flight the next morning and visited the Fiest Casino. It was a Saturday night and they had live music with people dancing at the front of the casino. Was a fun atmosphere...and I won on the slots! Only think is, when you cash out, it gives coins instead of a ticket like the US casinos.

We stayed in the Hampton Inn the night before an early flight out of San Jose. We wanted a drink and dinner. It was this, Denny’s or a fast food chicken place. Bartender made a great margarita and she was super sweet. The food was edible. Not great, but not the worst meal ever. In fairness, we were just coming from Tamarindo where we were spoiled by incredible food so...

Plenty of good hotels within walking distance. Fun place to go if you like to gamble or even dance. They have live entertainment. Latin music of course. They really love to dance. The service is the same no matter where you go. So, So. They women servers just don't get how important it is to be engaging with the customers. The pirate outfits are very cute and sexy. It's a same casino, but enjoyable. Oh, the food is not the best here.

Staying at the hotel next door, this place was perfect to decompress Great drinks (I had jack neat and Imperial beer) , great ambiance. Safety walking back to the room! Beautiful barters giving you the local feel. Yana aka "Jansen" and Merlin were great bartenders willing to speak broken English to match my broken Spanish. Thank you ladies, my wife and I had a blast.

We visited this location in 2016 and now in 2017. I'm not a casino person but my Wife likes them. It is very clean and secure. I even lost my cellphone there and someone turned it in to the lost and found. I definitely caught a blessing!!! Anyway, the customer service was excellent and it was smoke free in some of the areas. A definite plus in my book. Definitely not a place for children. Adults only.

They really don't like foreigners and mistreat them like they ATMs and not humans. Be careful and don't fall on their trap.
