This was a great recommendation from an acquaintance. We took the private shuttle from Alejuela to Arenal on Costa Rica Shuttle and loved it. We were able to stop at La Paz Waterfall Gardens for 3 hours, so we didn't feel rushed. Usually shuttles stop for 2 hours but we'd asked ahead of time. Our driver, Charlie, was accommodating and personable, we felt welcome. And safe, too, with his excellent driving. He pointed out so many things, I wished we'd arranged a full tour. Charlie took us to a soda for our lunch just before dropping us right at our hotel. Plus he put up with my attempts at Spanish even though his English is fine. When arranging my trip, I'd considered renting a car but I'm happy I chose shuttles. It's much more relaxing than driving and all things considered, the cost is comparable to renting a car. I'd like to have Costa Rica Shuttle take us around the San Jose area next time we come to Costa Rica. I wonder if we can request the same driver!

Costa Rica shuttle provided our transportation for our 10 day stay. Our driver, Raul, is an amazing driver, host, and guy. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He provided us with information about the areas we traveled to and through. I highly recommend Costa Rica shuttle for all of your transportation needs.

Excellent service. The driver José Mora (piloted) was friendly and very attentive. A group of 23 people traveled from Mexico and we were all satisfied with the service.

Raul was the best driver we have ever had in our many travels. Not only was he AWESOME at getting where we needed to go on back roads and bigger cities but he was very kind and helpful in every possible way. The shuttle was very comfortable and he kept it clean and neat and the air conditioning was very welcome in the Costa Rica heat and humidity.

Liffer was our driver for me and my son 4 1/2 almost 5 hour ride and it was awesome. We stopped and saw crocodiles snap some pictures along the way stopped and got fresh fruit along the way helped us find a place to stop and get some swimming shorts and a Sim card for our phone because our American ones were not working,,, absolute wonderful trip, great communication, awesome info along the whole way. If we return the same route I am definitely going to call him first.

This was an excellent service to use while in Costa Rica. Vans were in great condition, drivers were always on time and courteous, and informative. The communication was professional and price was fair. I would never use anyone else.
