About Mike’s Nature Tours
Our job is the best in the world! We show people not only some of the most amazing landscapes in Costa Rica, but we get to witness the awe in people’s eyes when we show our country and our region. We believe that tropical nature has many more secrets than the ones you can perceive with your senses, the relations, and all the life systems that depend on these connections. And it is a privilege to discover them for all people’s eyes and minds. Our guides are all professionals, certified and passionate about nature. They all have a true appetite for knowledge and they will provide you with a true Costa Rican rainforest set of experiences.

Me and my friends booked this tour because we wanted to see some wildlife and it definetly delivered. Our tour guide (I believe his name was mike but I might be wrong) really knew what he was doing and was able to spot all sorts of wildlife. He was very professional and really allowed us time to look at everything and every watched out bags at the end while we went into the beach for a bit. Definetly recommend!

I am so encouraged by Costa Rica's emphasis on environmental and species protection. The national parks an international treasure. My disappointment in visiting Manuel Antonio NP is that it doesn't open until 8 a.m. I actually saw more animals in the nearby Tulemar Resort than at the national park. It gets light in Costa Rica around 5 a.m. and I would go hiking and looking for birds and animals between 6 and 9 a.m. Also, the power lines on the gravel road visitors must use is a detraction. I hope they will be able to bury those lines. The beach in the park is very beautiful. The return from the beach on a raised walkway through the mangroves is much more in keeping with nature.
