Oscar's Galleria closed approx. 1 year ago. There is now a Costa Rican souvenir shop in it's place. Apparently, good thing for Oscar given some of the most recent comments!

We bought a painting from him. He said he would ship. He said he would provide tracking. He doesn't take calls or answer emails. $530. $40 in cash. The rest on visa. We have filed a dispute. Should have read the review.
