We took a 3 hours kayak tour in the mangroove. Just loved it. The mangroove is so beautiful. Did not see much wildlife but still worthed. We came back by the ocean. The only reason I give a 4 stars instead of 5 stars is regarding our guide. I will not name him since he was a super nice guy.... More

This was the last afternoon of our holiday and we wanted something interesting to do before flying home. We had spent a lot of time in the jungle but knew nothing about mangroves. Our guide was interesting, very fluent in English and managed to give lots of information both to the Spanish couple we were with and to us. It... More

This kayaking trip was one of the highlights of our trip to Costa Rica and I would HIGHLY recommend it! We were lucky enough that the tide was right and we could combine a couple trips to make a 4 hour trip. Our adventure started with kayaking in the mangroves, which I would not have wanted to miss. There were... More

The sunset tour was fantastic. We started in the mangrove and then moved the Kayaks onto the beach and after a swim and snack into the ocean. After some delicious pineapple, they showed us how to open coconuts and how to make coconut milk. We paddled back with the sun setting right in front of us. I am an inexperienced... More

We were a group of 14 and they handled us with no problem. The sunset tour is amazing. You start in the mangroves, the guide was very good. He loves nature and wants to share his knowledge with you. I learned so much. After the mangroves the kayaks are dragged up on the beach for a swim and snack of fresh... More

We did an all day kayak trip with them. The 2 guides were great, we kayaked the mangroves next to their office. Then kayaked across the bay to do some snorkeling. The one disappointment, was the water was pretty cloudy for snorkeling. We had been getting rain each night and the guides said it's more of a problem after rains. We... More

So sorry about the cloudy water, our little paradise gets messy sometimes due to tropical rains. Is still good to know you enjoyed the rest of the trip. Hope you get better luck on a next visit. More

They were able to fit me into a fantastic tour that included kayaking and snorkeling, at the last minute. Everyone was really nice and helpful. After paperwork and getting fitted with gear, we started kayaking through the mangroves. One guide was on a small motorboat that carries our gear, water, snacks and lunch, the other kayaked with us. Once we... More

Awesome tour through the Mangrove before a tropical fruit break and then tracing along the gulf back to home base. Guide Alfredo (pretty sure, something with an A) went above & beyond in assisting our elder members with everything, and was just genuinely super nice & hospitable. During the break I even learned how to open a coconut with only... More

I've never kayaked but found this to be easy. Even our 10yr in a tandem kayak with another 10yr can do easily. To navigate through some of the mangrove can be tricky but our guide was there to talk us through it. Golfo Dulce was very calm so I was grateful not to get seasick, which happens easily for me....
