We had the trip of a lifetime!! This is the best place to travel to with or without kids. The friendly and amazing staff attend to your every need before you even ask. We’ve traveled all over the world and this was the best food, bar none we have ever had, anywhere!! The Lau’s are twin sisters who prepare the most beautiful, delicious, freshest creations imaginable!! It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy. The massages were out of this world in the most tranquil environment. We’ve been coming here for over 20 years and it keeps getting better every time we do! You leave and your heart is full and body rested.

My Dad and I planned this trip pretty last minute and it surpassed any expectations we had. Everyone at Peaks 'n Swells is so friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is planned out for you and there's a perfect balance of scheduled activities and free time to relax and explore beautiful Montezuma. The camp itself is so serene and private and we could not speak more highly of the food. The kitchen staff really knows what they're doing and there was no shortage of fresh, delicious meals. The surf coaches are very invested in you and your progression and they customize their instruction to your skill/comfort level. My Dad and I both massively improved and are so grateful for this wonderful experience together. Our only complaint is that we didn't hear about Peaks 'n Swells sooner.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, kids ages 11 and 7 yrs) recently returned from a supremely rejuvenating and fun week at PNS, and we’re already discussing when we can go back! This most recent trip was our 2nd time there. We had very fond memories from our first experience - from the facilities, the food, the people, and of course the surfing - and because of a long hiatus from traveling due to the pandemic, our expectations for a great trip this time around were high. Hillary and everyone at PNS not only met but far exceeded them. All the amazing people who made it great the first time were there to warmly and expertly make our week pure joy. We can’t stress enough how gracious, kind, and fun all the PNS people are - from the facility staff who deftly kept the place clean, stocked and comfortable, to the incredibly creative team in the kitchen who nourished us with a cornucopia of delectable (and healthy!) meals, to the yoga instructors who played a key role in keeping our bodies and minds limber for the days of surfing. And we can’t say enough good things about the energetic, patient, and insightful surfing instructors who shared their expertise and energy to help all of us build on and improve our skills - a world class team. Finally, Hillary is masterful at juggling all aspects of the camp, while effortlessly making guests, new and returning, feel cared for and central to the experience. She, Ryan and Coco are just delightful, and we enjoyed every moment spent with them. To anyone still on the fence, don’t wait. Take the leap - the waves at PNS are waiting.

My 15yo and I had the time of our lives with Hillary and crew - this was probably our #1 favorite trip. The surfing support, coaching, and expertise is outstanding, and somehow they manage to meet the needs of beginners and more advanced folks. There's no pressure and safety is #1, but the surfing can be as rigorous as you want it to be. (You do need to be in moderately good physical shape to get the most out of the experience.) Food was absolutely incredible - vegetarian options, so fresh and healthy and varied. The room we shared was beautiful with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The kids (and adults!) had daily optional "adventures" to local waterfalls, and even a rodeo. It's 5 min walk into a great little town. Setting is idyllic with tons of awesome animals to see. More than anything, we met really wonderful people, from Hillary and her family, to the phenomenal coaches, to the other families staying there. This trip was about a lot more than surfing, but my 15yo will now be buying his own board!
