Two of us reserved this tour last minute after we found out the Jungle Night Tour in Rainmaker Park was unavailable that night. We parked at the Si Como No hotel and walked about 100 meters further down the road to a small house where we met Cesar, our tour guide. We only had a four people in our tour,... More

We took the night tour to see the nocturnal wildlife. Our guide struggled with her English, but we could usually figure out what she *meant* to be saying. We spotted spiders, 2-3 kinds of frogs, lizards, and a snake. There were crocodiles and caymans in captivity as well, that it was fun to see by flashlight. There was a second... More

We walked from our hotel to the Wildlife Refuge and took the guided tour of the butterfly garden. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and showed us some amazing things during our one hour tour. Loved that the butterfly landed on my watch, and stayed there for a while. I recommend anyone take this low key and informative tour.

We got a package at the Hotel Si Como No that included admission to the Butterfly Garden and a tour of the National Park. We didn't realize the admission was just to the butterflies, so we were disappointed, but my two young girls were thrilled with the butterflies. Luckily we were able to see more animals at the hotel and... More

Great nighttime tour with our family of 5. Amazing wildlife, including frogs, snakes, sloths, all kinds of insects. Cesar is a great guide, especially with kids. Everyone gets a flashlight and then off into the park you go for a 2-3 hour hike. We had a great time, learned a ton. Do the tour at night, and ask for Cesar... More

2 hour tour by very knowledgable biologist. We saw so much!! Lots of different frogs (red-eyed, glass, flying leaf, long nose, bull), a couple of snakes, various insects, tarantulas and the banana spider, crocodiles, turtles, possum, kinkajou, etc.. Take this tour. Truly fantastic for all nature lovers.
