If you need to completely avoid bumping, I'd skip any form of rafting. There will be bumps. Try kayaking instead! You can do ocean or mangrove kayaking in many parts of Costa Rica. No bumps, but you still get to be on the... More

I am so sorry. I am just receiving your question. I hope that I am not too late or that you received the information directly from Amigos. Amigos will pick you up from your VRBO location. We stayed at a VRBO home as well.
