We had such a great time on this rafting trip! Our guide was Orlando - as in "Orlando Bloom" he said :-) - and he was excellent! One warning - you WILL get wet - but it's all fun. My cheeks were hurting, we were laughing so much! All of the guides were great and the river had lots of... More

We spent a perfect half-day rafting down the Savegre River yesterday. Our guide was Orlando. The day before we had booked the Mangrove kayak tour with Anthony. Both Orlando and Anthony were really professional but also fun and friendly. We were picked up from our villa right on time and taken to the Amigos Del Rio offices for a delicious... More

We had Orlando as our guide. He was great and brought lots of energy through the whole trip! My kids, ages 10 and 12, thought it was very exciting. Even though these Rapids were Class 2/3, they felt a lot bigger than the Class 2/3 Rapids we went on in North Carolina. The food they serve you for breakfast and... More

Perfect half-day commercial river trip. We had two 15 yr-olds in tow and both said it ranked in their "best days ever." The river had solid 2s & 3s which were plenty exciting. Our guide, Flander, was excellent. Breakfast and lunch provided were both very tasty. Amigos Del Rio is the group you're looking for!

What a great time. We drove a van about 30 mins and walked down a hill through the jungle. Enjoyed hearing of the different spices that were found throughout the area. The guides were very informative and safe. Orlando did a fantastic job. We will definitely return.

The ride to the river was scenic with lots of interesting information along the way. There was clear safety instructions. The white water rafting was really fun. Swimming in the waterfalls was a blast, as well. We got to... More

We had a group of 8. Breakfast was eggs, beans, and fresh fruit. Half hour drive from checkin place in town to the mountain location. We rode with the guides and received lots of interesting info about the local area: Antonio and Maycol. The ATV drive was semi-terrifying because of the steep slopes and deep mud, but we still felt... More

We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and we went on the 1/2 day trip. After lunch we headed to the Naranjo River. We had a blast going down the river and got drenched multiple times! I don't think I have ever laughed and screamed so much at the same time. We all felt safe with... More
