Rented a couple ATVs for a few weeks and loved every minute of it! Perfect vehicle for local conditions. Clean, well-maintained equipment; never any mechanical problems. Pop a tire or run low on gas? Swing by their shop and you're back on the road in minutes. Always good vibes bumping into them in the backcountry, too. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Kept their word and honored every agreement - from reservations to final payment. Totally pro business, a pleasure to deal with!

We rented an ATV for four days while there during the rainy season. The back 'roads' are an absolute blast. We crossed streams that were plentiful in any direction we traveled. We ran the gas tank down and finding a gas station is darn near impossible. The folks at the Adventure Tours came and filled it up for us! We really appreciated that during an absolute downpour! I would highly recommend renting from them and travelling from town to town. What a great way to see the beautiful countryside.

Sarah and her team were great! We were a large group and rented 6 ATV’s for the week—the prices were very competitive and the service was top notch. They delivered them to our property and picked them up and also provided recommendations that made a day trip to Montezuma an unbelievable experience. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I recently visited Mal PaÃs in celebration of my 6 year anniversary with my boyfriend. From the time I started planning the trip, to taking it, to returning, my entire experience using this company was excellent! I talked with Sarah via email to make all arrangements, we used them for transportation to and from the airport, rented an atv for local transportation, used them to book a beautiful, private horseback riding tour at sunset, as well as a fun and exciting tour from zip lining, to Montezuma falls, hiking and touring the city. It was very nice being able to make pretty much all arrangements through one person who made sure everything was coordinated properly. While in Mal PaÃs, Sarah was really on top of everything, very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and quick to respond to every question, concern and need we had. Our drivers; Christian, Miguel and Orlando were all very professional, prompt, friendly and informative. Our tour guides Junior and Juan were both super knowledgeable about the areas we visited and showed us some of the most amazing, unbelievable, unimaginable views. I cannot say enough about how amazing everyone was in making sure my boyfriend and I had a great experience while we stayed in Mal PaÃs. Every single person we encountered on our trip was beyond friendly, extremely welcoming and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely recommend using Mal PaÃs tours if you plan on visiting Mal PaÃs for activities, tours, rentals, transport, etc., you will have no regrets!

We had our first experience here in mid-June. Came back at the beginning of July for a second long weekend and decided to do a self guded day of rentals. Went exploring north of Santa Teresa to Playa Hermosa and Manzanillo, must sees with beautiful beaches. Highly recomended!

My husband and I rented and an ATV here for the two days we stayed in the area. We were really glad we did! It was in great condition and drove perfectly. Made it so much easier to get around, and was just plain fun to drive!
We had agreed on a flat rate with the owner and there was no funny business when we returned it. We were happy customers.

I brought my 2 teenage boys here for the week and we rented 3 quads....my 13 year old was very apprehensive to drive one on his own....the staff here was so patient and helpful in teaching him how to drive it properly and practiced with him...He is loving it!!!! Thank you so much!!!

We had a blast! This has to be the best way to see the area and truly take in views! We had a great time and the customer service was second to none! This is our 3rd time going and we never miss the opportunity to take tours with Olman! We can't wait until next time.

This is an absolute "must do" when visiting Costa Rica. While traveling around the country you will find many amazing areas. However the true experience of Costa Rica can be best found in "Mal Pais" you will understand the literal translation "Bad Country" It's AMAZING, and seeing it from a quad with an amazing guide is truly awesome. Thank you Olman and Lilly you are truly exceptional!
