Our family had so much fun on this ATV tour combined with Waterfall and Zip-Line! First, they get you processed and you can put your things in a locker. Then Julio took us to the ATVs and set us up with a helmet and goggles, a brief safety instruction, and we were off! The ride was very safe, no cliffs! Just a lot of up-and-down, twists and turns and dust! Our guide Julio could NOT have been better! Everyone there is very friendly and helpful! But Julio really went out of his way to show us a great time, he got us to the waterfall and we enjoyed swimming in this beautiful scenic place and cooled off in the perfectly clear, refreshingly chilly water; he also took some great pictures of our family for us at the waterfall! Headed to the jungle part of the ATV ride and enjoyed the lushness of it all. Upon return, there are quick outdoor showers to clean the dust off, and they offered pineapple and watermelon in individual containers. We had a free hour to grab some lunch at their restaurant (approximately $22 per person, FYI). Alcohol available at additional cost. Then we were off to the zip lining platform! They processed us all very quickly, in spite of large crowds over Easter week. There were 10 platforms, and this was a ball, too! Again, everyone was so friendly and helpful! They speak Spanish and English very plainly. The thing that surprised this mom most was how incredibly clean and beautiful the restrooms are. There are people everywhere, constantly cleaning, and there are also showers and changing rooms, should anyone need it. At the end, you pass through the air conditioned souvenir shop with lots of cute things to choose from, and you can also purchase the photos they take of you during your stay. Our teenagers were all smiles and consider the waterfall the highlight of our trip in Costa Rica so far, three days in! We very highly recommend this tour! Remember to TIP YOUR GUIDES! They are well worth it.
