About
Located in Playa Hermosa, next to Jaco Beach and near to Marriott Los Suenos. Come and fly with us through FOURTEEN cables, one suspended bridge, UNIQUE OCEAN VIEWS and a lot of fun in a magnificient rain forest, FLY from tree to tree at 30 miles per hour in ziplines that go through the mountains and stretch along the coast, with an AMAZING landscape created from a perfect combination of the rain forest lush vegetation and the sea breeze, there is simply no other ride like this. Chiclets Zipline is a must if you are seeking for a GREAT adventure on Jaco Beach town, blessed to be located right on the edge where the mountain gently touches the ocean. Hence the contrast generated by being only 1000 feet away from the beach but 800 feet above sea level.

We did this zipline with a group of 4 adults and 4 kids ages 6-13. We all enjoyed it!
The guides were fun, attentive to safety, and informative. After taking a short ride in the back of a truck up the hill, we walked up some steps to the first plantform. As we stopped to rest on the hike up, the guide talked some about the trees and plants. He picked a leaf from the annise plant for us to smell, and pointed out the tree chewing gum is made from. At the first platform, the guides made sure our harness were secure and made sure we understood how to safely ride the zipline. The youngest 2 went with a guide.
We were so pleased there were so many lines! The veiw was spectacular! The guides did a great job directing us when to break. The lines were built well so gravity slowed you down about the right time.
I highly recommend this zipline!

An amazing experience from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable and experienced guides MADE the adventure! Quite a steep inclined hike up to the starting point, but they strategically stop to show you trees, ants and other picturesque things to allow you to catch your breath. The process of mounting on and off each line was seamless and the views were spectacular. Moving within the dense jungle while looking over the beautiful Hermosa Beach. Seeing a waterfall while zip lining would have made it absolutely perfect... but unfortunately that is out of their control. I have been on more expensive zip lines and felt that this was MUCH BETTER value for the money. Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed!

All of these men were so entertaining and fun, they really know how to whip around on the zip lines and know a lot about Costa Rica. Very Friendly and I would highly recommend to all, we had two people in our group that were scared of heights and they made them feel secure. Make sure you ask about going upside down. What an experience that was. Can't wait to go back and zip again. Cheers.

Chiclets is a great zip line option, especially as it is a short 5 minute cab from Jaco. Guides were great, knowledgeable, and safety conscious. The guides tandem zipped with one of our group who became very frightened and she loved it after that. Amazing views of Playa Hermosa, cool history lesson from a tree at their office, saw monkeys, a toucan, and turkeys. The longest and fastest zip line is towards the end of the lines so lots of time to get comfortable for the big one, according to my gps I hit 38.5 mph during it. Highly recommended.

Wow! My husband and I had an incredible time at Chiclets zip line. Not only was the zip line and the view absolutely breath taking, we had our own private tour with two incredible guides. They drive you all the way to the top and you ride down 14 or 15 zip lines, from most of which you can see the beautiful view of playa hermosa. The best part was no hiking in between, they just zip you platform to platform and you ride the whole way down. Mario and Pedro were absolutely charming and so much fun. They pointed out tons of wild life and we saw monkeys, tucans, iguanas, macaws-- the most wildlife we saw in any one place! We almost did a different zipline, but a tour guide from another adventure park (that happened to have a zipline) actually recommended us to do chiclets. It was so great and worth every penny. We will definitely come back and recommend to friends. Only qualm was that it was a little tricky to find as there isn't any obvious signage at their office, but Mario and Pedro came out to greet us and wave us down which helped a lot! Also, Mario took great photos and videos the entire time and sent them to us free of charge. When we went ziplining in Mexico they charged us $40 for photos so that was quite a treat!

Our group of 23 had a great experience. Ranging in ages from 9-83, we loved this zipline. The guides were so awesome, kind, fun and made us feel safe. There are about 14 cables so the ziplining lasted about 2 hours. Many of the cables have ocean views. Several in our group saw Toucans and iguanas. We finished with fresh cut fruit. We loved it and would definitely do it again.

Great adventure for my whole family. Easy access to the site, platforms and zipline well built, adequate safety equipment, along with friendly and professional certified guides, always looking out for our safety. It is a two hour ride of fun, enjoying the astounding views of both the tropical jungle and the beach from above.
We definitely recommend this adventure to anyone visiting Hermosa beach at the Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica.

I went with my 6 year old daughter we loved it! We were just 2 of us with 4 guides who were super nice, friendly and patient. I recommend it the view on the sea is beautiful and it's really fun. I find it a bit expensive but according to the fact that there was no one else we had a private session so was worth it.

Great value for a wonderful view and fantastic time! The guides were personable, friendly, and funny. Very safe and great build up: started with smaller tracks and slower speeds that built up to a speedy finale. Monkeys, macaws, geckos, and iguanas were some of the wildlife we saw. Great ocean and beach views. Visit and have a blast!

This is our second time ziplining with Chiclets and this time we brought our 9 year old. The views are incredible and the staff is excellent and professional. Gus was our guide and made the entire experience not just a thrilling zipline excursion but a nature adventure! He told us all about the plants, trees, insects and animals on our hike up. Lots of interesting facts that our whole family enjoyed! Went over all the safety measures with one of the guides showing us to visually understand so we were all ready for the first zipline. Not only were the views breathtaking but Gus is awesome at finding the animals and showed us a little porcupine curled up inside one of the trees and bats hanging off the limb. On our way back we even spotted monkeys and iguanas. He snaps pictures as well so you don't need to get out your phone, etc. My daughter had such an incredible time she wants to go back and work there one day! lol. The owner was so happy she liked it so much he drove home and brought her back a Chiclets hat. We will definitely send all our friends their way and will be back next time we are in Costa!
