Spent two weeks in Tamarindo over winter break. Although town was super busy, the folks at Surf Culture took plenty of time to share lots of local knowledge and worked with my nephew as he progressed through a series of surf boards. Special thanks to Oscar and Anayi who were especially friendly and attentive!

Very bad experience with the staff at the shop today. I just asked for an advise for what kind of surf board she would recommended me and she was very rude and careless. I dont recommended this place as there is a lot of other place who are renting board for the same price with very nice people.

I’ve been doing business with they guys for five years. This shop is part of my family and friends when I come to town. Lessons, rentals, boards, surf clothes and information. They’ve got it all!

Great place to rent a surfboard. Good prices. Fair and easy to deal with. They let you change boards whenever you want. Great as you are building skills.

The staff was amazing they gave me what I would call a performance board for $10 a day and even hooked me up with a discount for the week. They know what they are talking about and with all the different breaks I spoke to them every morning to get the inside information on where to go. Highly recommend! also they let you change out your board.
