I was so much fun, the guide was really nice, we enjoyed driving the ATV, we were driving through the dusty roads until we get to the beach, we spent time in the nice beach and then came back. Everything is not really as a description, like we didn't drive on the beach and the also say you will drive through a "nature" places where you see a wild live but we didn't see anything, even though was fun.…

If you’re looking for, to quote their website, “total adventure from start to finish! You will ride an ATV or UTV through the Costa Rican jungle, down roads & trails, over mountains, through rivers and puddles (in the rainy season) and see visit beautiful beaches . You will see a wide range of livestock, wild animals like monkeys, armadillos, iguanas and many species of birds along the way. “ DON’T BOOK THIS! I did see some cows, chickens and a stray dog at the first beach we stopped at, wahoo! If you’re looking for drives down one dirt road to another dirt road with a quick visit to a couple pretty beaches then this is your tour. I was expecting drives in the jungle or on beaches, as the photos lead you to believe. This was not that. We were literally driving down dirt roads the entire time and since it’s the dry season you will get filthy with dust. They provide you with a (hopefully) clean bandana to cover your mouth and goggles that don’t keep the dirt out of your eyes. I had booked the 3 hour UTV tour which was to start at 3. We did set out early because we got to the stand early. We left at 2:40, I know that exactly because of the time stamp on my first photo and then we got back at 5:07. I asked Kasey about the shortened tour and he was immediately confrontational and condescending. I hate to have to ask about these issues as it is but he was in NO WAY interested in what I was saying, he just looking to argue with me. He was telling me we left at 2:30, again my time stamp proves him wrong, but not really addressing the fact that it was still over 20 minutes sooner than we should have been there. After this experience there was no way I was going to give him my golf cart rental business so I booked that from The Cart Guy who was great. Side note is, the lady working the stand is so funny, a real pleasure and our tour guide was great. Very informative, we gave him a great tip because he was very knowledgeable and a great guy. Again, I can’t stress enough, WATCH YOUR TIMES! Kasey will rip you off.…

We came as a group of six to Tamarindo this past week and came back to the crew at action tours for all of our excursions and rentals! We started with the 2-hour ATV tour which was fantastic and I would’ve done twice! Later on in the week we rented golf carts to get around town and then booked a catamaran tour through them as well. Gabby and Ronnie are amazing, so funny and great people to talk to and get along with. They’ve even got some super friendly pups hanging around their area. Thank you so much guys, we were so happy with how great your services were and how much better you made the trip!…

From the moment you arrive at the tour company, Gabby or Ronnie greet you and Gabby instructed us how to use the ATVs. She is a riot. So funny and personable. When my husband and I both learned how to operate the vehicles, we were outfitted with bandanas and helmets. We took off with Ronnie and my husband and I had a private tour which was a lot of fun. Ronnie spotted some howler monkeys and a Heron and was the perfect guide with his clear hand instructions regarding the speeds to change to as we were driving. The tour was suppose to be 2.5 hours, but we came back after 2 hours and 10 minutes, including stopping for drinks at a beach bar. The pina colada was excellent as was my husband’s margarita. We were surprised the ride ended earlier than anticipated, and we mostly travelled on dirt roads and the main roads, which we thought we’d have more scenic areas and see more wildlife. Overall, it’s a great company to work with, and cheaper if you buy the tour directly from them. We went on Trip Advisor and paid $10 more per person, so buy directly from them. …
