I live in the apartments above Nanny Garden and the staff was not understanding at all. They just let the kids run wild screaming to top of their lungs while the staff did absolutely thing. Very inconsiderate staff. I understand it’s a daycare and little kids will make noise. It’s another to just sit there and do nothing while they are just screaming at the top of their lungs. Can’t take a nap in the afternoon, work, no peace at all.

Pre-school where children can learn and grow.
Jan 2018 • Family
My grandson goes here. It is geared toward pre-school and he has learned so much- especially how to socialize with other children, how to be polite, etc. He eats his lunch here when he won't eat at home!! And has learned to play nicely with his buddies there. Staff is great and caring.

Daycare in Tamarindo
Aug 2015 • Friends
I lived in the apartments above Nanny Garden. I thought it was going to be horrific - a pack of wild kids let out to run, play, scream, carry on like maniacs right below my balcony where I took my morning coffee. The staff was very professional, de-escalating all noise related situations, and it actually became pleasant to walk down my stairs to the road and exchange pleasantries with both children and staff.

2 year old loved it!!
Aug 2015 • Family
They watched our 2 year old for three weeks. At first he was cautious getting to know all the kids with all the different languages, but after a week he was asking when he was going to the school each morning. They have play time, crafts time, lunch and nap time there. Kids from all over, so our little one got exposure to lots of different culture. We never worried after we dropped him off. Well cared for. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Recommendation of Nanny Garden for Visitors with Small Children to Tamarindo Costa Rica
Jul 2013 • Family
My husband and I visited Tamarindo, Costa Rica for a month and put all three of our children (under the age of 4) in the Nanny Garden for the entire month. Not only was our eldest speaking fluent Spanish at the end of the month, but their activities, love, care and staff were all amazing, well-structured, and safe. I highly recommend anyone who visits to bring your children to the Nanny Garden during your stay. I would also e-mail the school directly for planning and prices.

So grateful they were able to babysit our kids so my husband and I could have some alone time. They were so nice and our kids enjoyed themselves.

Great option for child care.

We have been bringing our son to Nanny Garden on a regular base. He loves playing with his friends and making little arts and crafts. As two non native Spanish speakers we realized this is also a great way for our son to learn Spanish from a young age in a playful setting. At Nanny Garden they also offer the option to come to your home or condo and take care of your child.
