What a great time we had! Our guides Alan and Vent were so welcoming and helpful. We couldn’t have asked more from them. Our group of 4 ranged in age from 65 - 73. Two of our group had never been zip lining before and were a bit apprehensive, but were well taken care of by our guides. At the he beginning there were quite a few step to go up to platform but just take your time and you will get there. It will be worth it. Safety is paramount with our guides. I have been on other zip lines in Ontario Canada and the Myan Riviera in Mexico but they didn’t have as many lines and were much more expensive. We all would highly recommend this location.

This was my mom and I's first time ziplining and I have to say, Inez made it so easy! We were pretty nervous and he made us feel at easy with his knowledge and friendliness.

We had a great time yesterday. Because it's less well known, it's less busy than the likes of the Congo canopy tour. Our guides/instructors were very good and very patient with a pair of 50+ novices.

My husband had never ziplined before and I had only been zip lining once. This was a great choice for beginners. We had an awesome time and the guides were great. The location was convenient to Tamarindo and they provided a driver to pick us up. We felt very safe. We saw both monkeys and an iguana. The pineapple served at the end was delicious and refreshing. We did purchase the pictures which were wonderful and delivered to us via email.

Our group of 8 was referred to This company. I had a good experience up until ride 8 of 11. At this point I was instructed ‘not To brake’ by leader Jimmy. On this course unlike diamonte zip line, you use manual braking(you and your hand). This didn’t bother me too much until Ride 8. So, I had removed having to brake from my mind and was flying fast down this line! I had spun around backwards so unfortunately I could not see Gravin(I believe this was Jimmy’s partner) And the fear in his eyes as he and my friends were motioning and yelling for me to brake! Gravin did his best to catch me as we crashed together and into a tree. A braking system was supposed to have been deployed and was not! I am still in pain back home in the States. My prayer is that safety becomes TOP priority for Cartagena moving Forward. Also, praying I won’t need surgery to repair my neck.
