The WetAss is a 31' Bertram with twin 350 Caterpillars. It has a working head and a Bimini top to keep you cool. We offer nothing but the best state of the art equipment, including Penn and Shimano reels and excellent tackle. We are fully licensed and insured. Our English speaking crew have fished the local waters for over twenty five years and have won many tournaments. We hunt sailfish, marlin, tuna and dorado offshore all year and rooster, wahoo, snapper and other good eating fish inshore. Come join us for a day on the water. You won't be disappointed!

I can’t say enough good things about captain Glen. We fished for 3 days and caught blue marlin, sailfish, mahi-mahi and yelllowfin tuna. Glen and team worked their tails off to get fish in the boat and were as excited to catch fish and me and my friends. Loved these guys and this boat. We will be back!

We are experienced fishermen and spent good money for this trip in Costa Rica. While we can understand certain things are out of a Captain’s control one should never spend 2.5/5 hours of a charter trip trying to catch bait! I should get on a charter with bait already caught and ready to go FISH. We fish back home and catch bait first thing in the morning so we can be fishing by daylight so to get on a charter boat at 7 am and spend two hours to catch 2-3 usable bait fish is a disrespectful waste of my time and money. After this we drove straight towards a heavy red tide area—-it was known and visible where the red tide increased and our 2 baits died instantly. Needless to say we got skunked and didn’t catch a single fish. If we at least felt like our trip was worth the time and effort we wouldn’t review this poorly but as experienced fishermen spending over half our time on a charter boat getting bait and then fishing in sick waters when there are healthy waters elsewhere is unacceptable!!! If the target species isn’t going to happen that day due to conditions then be a good captain and at least try to catch something. Disappointed and felt disrespected. A lot of money for a boat ride!!

Group of friends went out with Captain Glen and his crew. Everything was awesome, well ran boat. They know what they are doing. We targeted dinner fish most of the day, as we had a large dinner party to supply for. But before we were finished Captain Glenn put us on some sail fish in no time. This was an amazing experience getting to fight the huge fish. I highly recommend fishing with these guys, it was a really good time. I believe we caught 25 fish, most Grooper and Red snapper. Had 3 sightings on sailfish, two bites, got one fish in. But that was all in about while trolling on the way back in. An all day fishing trip targeting sailfish and Marlins is what I’m doing next time!

This boat will put you on the fish! Glen a great captain. Deckhand was the hardest working guy Ive ever seen! Hit 40-60lb tuna, monster bull dorado and 6 sail fish. Had 3 sails tail dancing at once! Will not fish with any other boat in this area.

I have been fortunate to fish in a lot of areas, but If you ever plan on fishing in Guanacaste Costa Rica, Glen is, in my opinion, the best guide in the area. Not only is it a great boat to fish on, but Glen knows where to find the fish. I have been on the boat multiple times and the experience is always the same. We catch a lot of fish and have a great time doing it!
