You would NEVER expect this place to exist and be so wonderful! We had a gas and saw all sorts of animals and got to drive in to the Giraffe area! A must do!

The safari is something you can't experience anywhere else in CR. The other tours were awesome as well, the staff is one of the best I've met in CR. Remark on the couple of guys leading the rafting tour.

You can feed giraffes carrots! Otherwise the selection of wildlife is limited compared to US zoos, and one questions if its worth the price. The customer service was excellent and so was the food.

Loved being able to be so close and touch zebras and giraffes. I had their buffet lunch which was really good. Canopy was good but wished there was more safety at the platforms since at times you aren't hooked to the main line. Kayaking was fine, sadly the river wasn't full enough but still a great experience. The place is... More

My 3 generation family arrived for the safari tour. We did not have to wait at all since the tour was ready to start. Our tractor pulled wagon was pulled through several animal enclosures where the zebras, camels, ostriches and giraffes are used to being fed carrots. The park is small and has a limited number of animals. Make sure... More

We did the African Safari as well as the zipline and Kayaking with the Africa Safari Adventure park. Our visit/package included lunch. The lunch was delicious and all the employees are kind and welcoming. Service was excellent as they wanted to be sure you had good time. The Safari was so fun and the animals really enjoy the carrots. We... More

Africa safari also known as Africa Mia was a lot of fun my daughter (16 yrs. old) had a great time feeding the animals running freely not like the zoo we bought a pkg. which included the riding around the safari in a tram that sort of looked like a jeep and kayaking in the river to a waterfall and... Our family of 4 (kids 13 and 10) had a great time at this attraction. The grounds the animals reside at are vast and they have so much room to roam. Not at all like a zoo. So if you hate zoos you will appreciate this place because the place looks like a savannah. Not that I've been to a... More

Found it pricey for what you got. Locals told me it was because there was no competition for the canopy and zip line locally. Hey, let's have some fun and see. So, I did the safari. $30 for an hour and $2 for carrots. Zebras, gnus, CR deer, giraffes (watch those long tongues), watusi, oryx, howler monkeys, and the crocodile... More

Nature always amaze us with exotic, unknown and colorful creatures. From the mountainous areas of Spain into the bushes and meadows of dry weather. From rainforests to the wild and beautiful Africa. From the perfect stripes of a zebra to the natural art of a peacock. From the height of a giraffe to the speed of an ostrich.
