A group of us with Green Frog Aventures used this as our warm up river. It was normal water level and the run started with several class III rapids, then calmed down. It was a nice stretch of water to see bird life and the...More

Rafted down the river and thorougly enjoyed it. Enough rapids to be interesting, but not crazy. Water level was not really high, so rapids may have been down a class. Would absolutely go back if in the area.

A fun easy river that we went down on inflatable kayaks for beginners on a Week of Adventures with Costa Rica Rios. Well used by locals on Sundays adds charm and culture to this unspoilt river.

I am not a fast rapids, fall out of the boat, thrill-seeking kind of rafter. If you're looking for a little bounce, a few waves, and lots of gorgeous scenery - then this river will do the trick. It's a beautiful river surrounded by incredible...More
