Being in Costa Rica I was expecting to see something amazing. Very friendly guide and a nice walk. However I was really disappointed since could not see anything special (except the little... Very little... Red flog). Sounds like they have lots of animals around, maybe we were just unlucky.

This one of the first things my friend and I did in La Fortuna, and it was definitely enjoyable. It was a great introduction to Costa Rican jungle ecosystems. Unless you are an expert already - do this as a guided tour! It takes a well-trained eye to spot all plants & animals of interest, and a knowledgeable guide to... More

We went on a night eco tour at Ecocentro Danaus and loved it. It was an easy walk even with a knee replacement and we were provided with flashlights and an excellent guide. The guide was also a photography expert and helped us get amazing pictures of the wildlife. The highlight was a sloth coming slowly down a tree, posing... More

Willy was great. He is passionate about the animals/the wildlife. As a result, this made our experience even better. I wanted to see a sloth and I saw one. Yaye. You will see some amazing wildlife on the night tour.

Just had a great experience here. Definitely go with a guide as they know the terrain and spot so much more. Saw Cayman, Iguana, red eye tree frog, bats and so much more.
