Takes about three hours to walk all the trails and cross the bridges. Our guide Diego was so knowledgeable and took the time to point out things we would never have seen otherwise. Facilities are very clean.

We met very nice staff at reception and the guide was fine but there is little to see on this overexposed walk. The night walk was 45 dollars each. It was not helped by the nearby evening celebrations with music. Past its best.

We took a night tour here and was very underwhelmed by our guide's knowledge. We saw very few animals/insects (apart from those in cages). The guided tour is *extremely overpriced* for what is delivered. The guide was disorganised and lacked knowledge. During our tour it...More

Having been put off going here because of other reviews, we weren't sure what to expect, but we had a great 5 hours exploring the whole of this park. It's true that it could be zipped round in 2 hours or a little more, but...More

We picked this tour on a free day because it was just up the road from Arenal Springs Resort & Spa. Resort took and picked us up in a golf cart. We were told $25 from resort staff, it was $23 at Natura, or $36...More

I'd recommend the animal sanctuary, we did day and learnt and saw do much. Yes within a " zoo" situation but we saw animals and frogs that we would not otherwise had seen
