This place was so relaxing after a long day of hiking. We were in Costa Rica in the off season or the rainy season and pretty much had this place to ourselves. For 55 US dollars you can get Breakfest or lunch or dinner depending on when you go. Food was good and they hot springs are beautiful . They... More

This place was just stunning. Very private and relaxed. It would be very easy to s.pend all day and evening at this location. The water is a warm 104 degrees and the forest around it is beautiful. We even saw a monkey up in the trees! Amazing for couples

Got a package deal for volcano hike, spa and dinner. Beautifully landscaped spa area with multiple pools, waterfalls and lounging areas. Very nice changing area with lockers, lovely bar and buffet style restaurant where you help yourself to food. Attentive staff and pools not crowded as limited admittance which has to be booked in advance.

This place was, quite simply, amazing. The entrance is easy to find, and the short drive off the main road to the actual hot springs is very green. The parking lot, entrance area, locker rooms are clean and in excellent condition. This hotspring lets 100 people maximum in during pre-reserved time slots (my friend and I had a 1-5pm time... More

We went here after a hike around the volcano and it was a great bit of luxury. Five hot pools plus one cold one and a bar serving very nice cocktails. A proper pampering treat. Would thoroughly recommend.

We enjoyed our visit to the springs, a relaxing place to spend the evening. Good buffet dinner too. Some of the pools are pretty hot!

We visited the spings about 5 pm in (daily sun set is around 6:15pm). There are 5 very large rock springs. Several pools have mini waterfalls which are visually pleasing but offer fantastic massages! The heated pools are totally surrounded by lush green plants, tall trees and the sky above. During our visit, there was a very strong electrical storm... More

Great place to relax and unwind. There are multiple pools to relax in. There weren't a ton of people there while I was there so it was not crowded. Being in the pools and having a bunch of trees around was very peaceful. Totally worth it!

This was an add-on to our Arenal hike. We got dropped off and spent 2 hours in the hot spring. The water was amazing and felt great. It was a little crowded which restricted movement in the different pools. There was a bar but I I wouldn't recommend alcohol. It will speed up the dehydration. Two hours was too long,... More
