Found this place not far from our hotel and enjoyed walking and feeding the ducks. The fountain was nice to watch. This park has a lot to do in a small area. Plenty for kids to do so there is something for everyone.

Great park, attractions and even rides for the kids. A wonderful place for a peaceful picnic, and just blocks from the Helen Keller birth home and grounds. The Colbert Co. courthouse is there, and is worth a pic or two. And BTW, Helen Keller Hospital...More

I am sorry, but I am unable to answer that question. The times that I have been there were either during the afternoons on weekdays, or special events like birthday parties, or family style get togethers.

Usually at 8 pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights. Possibly during the week nights during the summer.
