First Airboat Trip and LOVED it!

This excursion was incredible! We did the combo tour that combined the eco tour with the wild ride and Geoff delivered just that! He spun us through the delta for a thrilling ride and shared his vast knowledge of the eco system in the delta. We were able to see lots of alligators, plants and birds on our tour, we even heard the gators hiss at us! Brittany was so kind and helpful getting us set up for our tour and making recommendations on what sort of experience we were looking for. We are big on supporting local business when we travel to really learn about the area. This family owned and operated business delivered an experience we will never forget!! I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone of all ages!

Great for Multi-Generational Families

Airboat Express tour was one of the highlights of our beach trip! We had a broad range of ages and everyone loved it from the 3-year-old, the teenagers, and even the grandparents. We booked a 1-hour eco tour but upgraded to the combo tour after we arrived so that we could get a little bit of speed (completely safe, not scary at all even for the youngest child.) And we saw a lot of alligators, some very close to the boat. Got some great pics, but even better memories.

"Half and half" equals one of a kind wonder!

We HIGHLY recommend Airboat Express! We took a tour for our son's 9th birthday. We converted our eco tour to a half eco/half fun run, for a small and very reasonable ticket adjustment. Captain Geoff was a pure delight, and CLEARLY knew the fauna and flora of the region. He made it clear it was our tour and to just tell him if we wanted to look closer at something we saw. We saw over a dozen gators, including the infamous "Chunk" and had many fantastic photo opps. We especially loved how caring he was of the environment and animals. We also spent several minutes viewing a nesting osprey. We talked about the American Lotus and Bald Cypress as well! For the fun run portion there was lots of speed, which was a blast, and only a couple light mistings of water on us. We also did donuts on the mud and learned about how it was only 2-3 feet deep or less in most places. We absolutely will take a tour with Captain Geoff's Airboat express again! Per the birthday boy: "I really really loved it!!!"

Smiling faces on the Youth Group

We took our church youth group of 13 out for a ride with Geoff and his Airboat while attending Fuge Camp in Mobile during July. He accommodated us into two separate runs. Both groups were able to see sunset over the bay and gators. Working with Brittany to book the excursion was one of the easiest things My wife and I have had to do for our camp trips. We have one autistic young man in our group. Geoff was very thoughtful and watchful over this young man just like he was the rest of our group. The kids are still talking about this experience several months later and came back to camp that night with huge smiles on their faces. Brittany and Geoff keep up the great work you are doing with your business. We wish you many many more successful years.

Incredible !!

We were on vacation in Gulf Shores, Alabama And wanted to take our kids on an Airboat Ride. We found Airboat Express through a google search and booking with them was the best decision. Brittany was so sweet and welcoming over the phone and in person. Geoff was so nice and incredibly knowledgeable about the Delta and everything in/around it! He was intuitive and keyed in on the kids interests. He even stopped and caught a Blue Crab for the kids to hold and release. This really was a great experience and I highly recommend them!!

Airboat Express is the Best Airboat Ride

This was a wonderful experience. The airboat ride was so much fun. Jeff was an outstanding guide. He shared information with us about the habitat and pointed out different birds when we approached them. Although the alligators were still hibernating and we didn’t see any, Jeff explained their nesting & mating process. He eagerly answered all of our questions. This was our second time on this tour. This time we were traveling with friends that had never experienced an airboat ride & we knew Jeff would do a great job for us. We highly recommend Airboat Express. There are other businesses but I doubt anyone could do a better job than Airboat Express.

A GREAT airboat experience on the delta...

What a wonderful way to spend an hour with nature on the second largest river delta in the US of A! Our captain Geoff is competent, and, in addition to showing us the safety features on his boat, he gave us great discussions on the delta, the gators, the ospreys, and several other creatures we came across on the trip. He even took photos of our groups with our phones. He introduced us to Lulu, a gator mama who had about a dozen of last year's babies crawling around her. The boat ride is smooth; we had a group of five and were joined by two other ladies. We were all comfortable all of the trip. Geoff gave us recommendations on other area attractions. I almost wish we hadn't gone today so we could do it again for the first time tomorrow.

Great family fun!!

Our tour guide was excellent. He was cracking jokes with all of us and was very informative during the tour. Before we were done he even stopped and made sure to snap a family picture of us without us even asking!! Him and his wife very super polite and kept us updated on tour changes because of weather, we were able to get in the next day same time!! Whenever we get down to Alabama again I plan on using these guides again!!

Great place to go for an Air Boat ride and see gators in their natural habitat.

When calling to make a reservation, the person you will talk to is Brittany, she is very helpful and so easy to talk to. She definitely starts your adventure off to a great start. Once you get to their location to ride is awesome! Geoff is very informative about the alligators and all the wildlife you will see. He takes you out on a great ride whether you take the 1 hour ride or the 30 minute ride, and you won't be disappointed!

A blast!

This was an absolute blast! We had 2 adults and 5 kids from teens down to age 9. We chose the night tour and everyone agreed it was so much fun. Brittany was super sweet and helpful getting it all set up and Geoff spent a lot of time answering any questions we had and making sure we saw plenty of alligators and got great pictures. He took his time and wasn’t rushed at all. I would highly recommend this tour and feel it was a great memory and worth every penny!
