An amazing and brilliant show of athletics, strength and talent. Not since I was a child have I held my breath out of concern (fear?) for the performers. But I must be honest...I worry for their future health, especially their back, knees, joints. 🤕

Very agile, athletic and entertaining. Our party enjoyed the good mix of entertainment by this troupe. Some really exceptional individuals on show. Didn't disappoint.

Combine "Cirque du Soleil" and "Chinese Acrobatics" = A1 Show, HOWEVER this Show goes Way Beyond that Level.Have NEVER SEEN a more brilliant "show" Anywhere in the World - It Left Me "SPEECHLESS".The performance is "Outstanding" and "Death Defying", YES death defying. A MUST,MUST,MUST SEE SHOW for all ages.

Only had one night in Shanghai, but my goodness, could not have thought of a better way to spend it. It was truly amazing, the motorbikes at the end were jawdropping, if you are there,do it!

One word....outstanding...unbelievable performance by acrobats, cyclists, trapeze artists and mind boggling two wheeler motor cyclists who climaxed the 90 min show by eight motorcyclists in the well of death...driving at high speed with just a few inches separating the riders from each other...do not leave without seeing the show

From start to finish this show seamlessly moves from one unbelievable performance to another. The performers, the live music and singing, the lighting were so well choreographed, in a globe theatre with no bad seats. The final act which culminates in seven motorcycle riders integrated at speed inside a metal globe, left me breathless. Well worth the visit.

The acrobatic show is stunning and breathtaking. If you travel to Shanghai, you should not miss this performance. The school for the best Chinese artists is located in Shanghai. You may just watch very young artists being juniors or seniors of the schools, but you may not believe it is real, as good as it is.

Acrobatics at it's best. If you like that kind of special sport it's a must if you have more then 3 days staying in Shanghai!

Staying in Former French Concession

Neighborhood Profile
Former French Concession
While there are technical borders to the area formerly governed by the French in Shanghai, the "French Concession" of today is an amorphous neighborhood that is a favorite of the city's foreign residents. While it is mostly within the Xuhui district, residents will sometimes include parts of Jing'an and Luwan in their mental maps of the Former French Concession. The area seems frozen in time, characterized by quiet, tree-lined avenues, French-style villas, interesting boutiques, lively bars and quaint cafes that are not typical of China. All of these mix and mingle with local life as Chinese markets and lanehouse communities are peppered throughout. Denizens of the Former French Concession can spectate a mahjong game on the street or get their bike checked at a tiny bike repair store on the way to their refurbished apartment tucked away among Chinese family homes.
