This is just the same as the bund but is on the same road and can keep walking down so can get closer to the old landmark of Shanghai and new pudong just across the river. Don't miss the founding father of Shanghai 'Chen Yee'...More

Realized that the two sights are actually the same. The buildings, the view to Pudong are all wonderful, not reflecting the true China, but still making a great impression in the visitors.

The promenade above Zhongshan Road is the far more interesting and lovely part of the street, and the best location to see the buildings and architecture of Shanghai. However, if you want to get a little closer to some of the lovely old hotels and...More

This is the street on the bund, which you've researched already. It has a few decent buildings, one of which is supposed to be similar to the Liver Building in Liverpool. There are a few mediocre statues and flower arrangements too, such as a large...More

Seems to be a bit of confusion here - Zongshan Road is the street below the Bund promenade and as such it does not have the river and Pudong views. All you get is a close up to the classic Bund buildings

Went there on a Sunday, and it was really crowded. Beautiful architecture. Worth the visit. Walked along the street. The bund was right beside. Good for people watching.

I don't describe how beautiful and great this bund area is as there are hundreds of posts that tells it and I'm also the one who fell in love with this superb view from the bund . But I repeatedly want to post here about...More
