The massage is professional and I believe it to be good and clean service. You are required to wear there oversize silk like linen shorts, the place is quiet, clean and modern. You can pay by wechat, alipay or cash. Also It is difficult to get to by bus or subway, I recommend go by didi or taxi. Reservation is unnecessary. I went during National day in China

Not only is GR more than affordable, and reasonably priced, it's just overall an amazing experience. Beautiful decor, quiet, serene, fantasy staff, friendly cute dog... I haven't even gotten to the massage yet. I received an 80 minute sports massage and my body has never felt better. I workout daily here in Shanghai, and it was necessary. The masseuse was knowledgeable, really worked the areas he said we're 'tight'... I felt good afterward, and even better the following days. The massage was followed by hot tea and a snack (changes weekly). I had yogurt with Krispy rice and peaches! Makingweekly visit while I'm here!
