This is probably one of the oldest malls in this busy district. But it still has his customers because of offering slightly more friendly prices than competition. Plus there is an interesting Japanese style food court in the basement.

Area is in a good location, place is decent and there's plenty of food underground otherwise. Good for rainy day activity.
