Huangpu District in Shanghai, historically known as the city's business center, is home to a mix of old and new, traditional and modern. 2016年4月に行った時は、改装工事中のようで中に入ることが出来ませんでした。

外灘の遊歩道はいつ行っても人がたくさんいて、写真を撮るのも一苦労ですが、北端の公園まで歩いてくると、ほとんど人がいません。（特に日本人はいません）
公園には、人民英雄記念塔という巨大なモニュメントがあり、その付近から、外灘を見回すといろんな写真をゆっくり撮ることができます。公園の下側が、外灘歴史記念館になっていて外灘の過去の写真などが展示してあり、歴史を知ることができます。嬉しいことに無料です。
開放時間：月曜から金曜の９：００～１６：３０まで（入場は16時まで）

人民英雄記念碑の下にあり、見つけにくいです。おまけに平日のみの見学ということなので、週末弾丸ツアーで上海を訪れた際には見学できないのでご注意を。

位於黃浦公園內的外灘歷史記念館，詳述外灘發展的文字歷史和圖片。記念館雖然很少，但有足夠資料了解外灘的發展史，不錯的記念館。

Wij vonden het deel met het brons en het deel met de tekeningen erg mooi en zeer de moeite waard. De afdeling met aardewerk en porselein was ook bijzonder. De kleding en sieraden van de diverse minderheden waren interessant. Hebben zeker 4 uur in het museum doorgebracht met de audio guide. Deze gaf duidelijke informatie over de diverse items. Zeer aan te bevelen. We moesten voor de audio guide betalen en een borg geven. Voor de entree van het museum hoefden we niet te betalen. Het is een mooi en ruim gebouw met 2 entrees. Er is een bewaakte garderobe. En je kunt er even lekker cappuccino drinken tussendoor. Net als de Bund een must.

黄浦江边到上海必定会去的地方，建筑非常雄伟，每座上面也有铭牌讲述建筑的历史，觉得确实是一处很好的建筑博览。现在大都是银行之类的机构了，但是建筑维护还是很好。

外滩就是上海的一面镜子吧，是上海最繁华、上海的发展最具有代表性的一个地方，而外滩历史纪念馆讲述了整个外滩的发展，从一个小小不起眼的地方，发展成如今的景象，在这个纪念馆中都可以找到它各个时期的历史，很不错！
