We booked a transfer right in the middle of the night for morning flight arrival. The company represemtative Nigel gave us very clear directions with photo and video of area where we met our driver. Nigel has very good english. We liked everything.

My wife and I used his service for 4 transfers during a 4 week stay in China - the cars were smart and comfortable; the drivers were efficient and helpful; and Nigel organised the trips efficiently and without fuss. I would happily recommend this company for either airport transfer or car service/chauffeur while in Shanghai. Nigel (the proprietor) runs a tight shop and is very well organized. He speaks good English and is very responsive. Had two drivers from the firm. The last one, Mr. Chen, was exceptional. Always friendly and service minded, drove and acted professionally.

Shanghai Driver Car Service surpassed my expectations in every way. In addition to a very clean and spacious car, communication between Nigel and then our driver, Charles, was very easy. Both spoke English and both were quick to respond to messages. I felt exceptionally save with Charles behind the wheel and he was on time (actually a few minutes early) each of transfers I booked. I tend to travel to China a couple of times a year, and finding someone I felt comfortable booking and driving with has been a challenge. Until this trip!
