ShanghaiDriver.net is the Car Service Division of InstantChina Business Service Ltd. The target clientele includes both foreign businesses and individuals who travel to or live in China. Our car service solves all the usual headaches that a foreign visitor encounters in China. It meets the requirements for efficient ground transportation and a solution to language issues.

I can not find any words to describe how great Nigel and his service team are!!!
My daughter is only three and half years old and was stuck in Shanghai during the pandemic. My Mom has to take the 3-hour train from another city to enter Shanghai, stay overnight and then pick up my daughter and take a flight to the airport. Due to the lockdown situation, the arrival trains station, the hotel, and everything are uncertain. You can imagine how complicated this travel plan would be.
Nigel helped us patiently to make it happen smoothly. Regardless of how often and when we texted him, he always replied immediately with an excellent resolution. Even though we had to change our plan due to canceling the hotel reservation at the last minute, Nigel still amazingly arranged for his driver to adjust the service to make this mission impossible to be accomplished !!! Nigel and his team saved us with their patience, trustworthy promise, and steadfast spirit.
Special thanks to the driver. When he saw my Mom struggling with four luggage and my three-year-old daughters, He helped my Mom move all the luggage onto the cart at the airport. My family and I are so grateful. I strongly recommend ShanghaiDriver Car Service!

The entire process of booking a car to the journey was flawless.
Nigel was very quick to respond and assist with my trip needs, providing a competitive price from his competitor. He even changed our scheduled car prior to pick up when I requested blue tooth to connect my music.
Charles was a fantastic driver who provided first class service for the entirity of the journey. He arrived early to ensure our luggage was loaded in time for our departure, and insisted on loading it himself, taking great care of our belongings. The drive was smooth, the car very clean and Charles was accommodating, helping us connect our own music. When there was a highway closure he promptly found an alternative route which didn't delay our journey at all, and communicated this clearly. He made sure he drove right up to the hotel door to make it easier for us to take our luggage inside.
Both Nigel and Charles had a very good level of English, we enjoyed being able to converse with him. The booking to the drive and follow up was done so professional and charming that my friends and I definitely plan to use them for all our trips!

Having already used Nigel's services for an out of town trip, I naturally thought of booking ShanghaiDriver's car services when I was looking for a whole days service for my daughter's activities around Shanghai. Response was once again prompt, prices justifiable and fair (also you can pay by Paypal which is great!), and of course there's the trust that they'll take care of you! Charles the driver arrived on time, spoke good English, and the car was clean. Stress-free chauffeur service esp for people who don't speak Mandarin. Communication was clear and everything went well. Heartily recommend ShanghaiDriver to anyone looking for a reliable car service in the city. Don't hesitate to book them... have used them several times to know they are a trusted company who care for their clients.

Life-saving professional car service.
Nigel got me out of a hard spot during the Shanghai lockdown in 2022. Needed to leave the city at a moment's notice and he was the only driver I could find who was still providing fairly priced and high quality service.

With safety as our number 1 priority post covid, we booked a private car with Shanghaidriver car service for our 3-day trip to Suzhou. Nigel answered our questions promptly, putting our mind at ease about travel around China. The car was clean and santized, and our driver Bon Jovi was excellent on the road, wore a mask, and was very friendly and punctual. This will be our go-to company when travelling around shanghai environs. Now is the time to start travelling again and re discovering the city - and ShanghaiDriver makes the ride smoother 👍 thanks to You guys!!!

A repeat customer, and once again full of praise for the service. Professional, friendly, excellent communication, safe and smooth driving in a fantastic vehicle. For this excursion, we used the service for travel from Shanghai to Hangzhou, and the door-to-door service made the trip as enjoyable as the destination. Very patient and accommodating of any changes and requests. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Very professional. Used this company to get out of Shanghai due to the lockdown and they were brilliant throughout this stressful period. Nigel was excellent with all the arrangements and helping me. I highly recommend this company and would use again.

We highly recommend driving with ShanghaiDriver. We went on a day trip to Xitang Water Town with a 1 year old toddler.
Our driver Charles is very friendly and an excellent and safe driver.
The Company did provide a child seat and water to drink.

Great service and great communication. Nigel and his team picked my family up from our residence in Shanghai and got them to the airport in plenty of time for their flight. They took extra care to avoid disruptions from special traffic conditions during the COVID lockdown. Very trustworthy

Nigel was excellent to do business with. I booked my airport trip with him (during the Shanghai lockdown) two weeks ahead. A few days before, he messaged me out of the blue just to tell things were going smoothly and not to worry at all. The driver showed up promptly and I had a big bus all to myself. I’m super happy with Nigel’s service as are many other people!
