HORRIBLE Male Masseuse

Serious safety incident

I had just moved and came here to relax after a long day. I was told there were only male massasses which made me nervous, but the receptionist said this one was very good, and not to worry. I ended up agreeing and at first the massage was great but when I turned over for him to massage my front he started massaging me inappropriately. First he massaged my stomach but then he briefly massaged my breasts, fully removing the towel for a few seconds. He did that a few times, always doing it so quickly and I felt too shocked to say anything. Then when he massaged my legs he massaged the crease between my leg and my private part for a long time. What muscles even exist there?? I told him to massage lower and he did but I felt really shaken and uncomfortable. Then as he wiped the oils off me he quickly groped my breasts one more time. I felt really gross and violated. I left way more tense and stressed than I had come in. I would not recommend women to come to this spa, and if you do, definitely don’t get a male masseuse.

Bad experience

It was my birthday yesterday. I chose Yu Massage because it has nice reviews. But very disappointed yesterday. I wanted the Rejuvenating Beauty package which includes seasalt scrub and oil massage. The whole service was 90 minutes. But the girl only did massage for 90 minutes. And I asked the front desk why there wasn't a scrub (that's what I was excited to do since it was my birthday and I wanted to do something different) and the receptionist said the girl forgot to do the scrub. And they offered a scrub but I told them I do not have time anymore as she wasted my 90 minutes doing only massage. And it was my birthday so I had to already meet my friend for dinner. I was very upset and very mad. I left there very disappointed instead of feeling calm and relaxed. Yu Massage ruined my birthday mood. I was very happy and they messed up. I walked out and told them I am never coming back there. How can she forget to do a scrub when I clearly told them I wanted to do the seasalt scrub!! Also, the building was being renovated. I hear a lot of "bang" and it wasn't quiet at all in the room when she was doing my massage. Worst massage ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Massage

We walked in around 11 pm and and had a 90 min full-body massage (RMB368), great service and massage experience. The person who massaged me was really patient (they close at 12 am but we stayed until 1am). Her working ID is 20. Hope she can a Bonus because of this comment ;)

Very careful and clean massage

Went to Yu Massage Xinle road just off a 14h flight, It was very relaxing. Great massage and very clean. The staff is professional and they can speak English. The decoration is also very well executed.

Highly recommended !
