Expensive fun
Aug 2019 • Friends
This is quite an expensive place for this kind of activity, I’ve tried in other country and it cost only around 70rmb, here it cost 198 per person + 10rmb for the socks. The place though was bigger with more activities you can do. The cashier sounds a bit rush and has no service at all. The coaches were plenty but did nothing. They also didn’t assist us to watch a video for safety but we have tried it before in other country so we know what to do so it was okay, we went in directly. The place too was not well maintained. Lockers need to pay too and they are strict on overtime charge so be careful. It was a good fun but it should be priced lower for the standard.

Trampoline fun
Jun 2018 • Family
The trampolines are nice and fun, and there are obstacle courses in which you can have fun and enjoy yourself, but the people aren't very keen on regulating the rules and it may be a bit out of order at time.

Weirdly empty.
Jun 2018 • Friends
The size of the place beggars belief. We went on a Saturday, and bizarrely, the place was almost entirely empty. This was entirely to our benefit though, because we had free run of the basketball trampoline court, the swings, and the Ninja Warrior-style assault courses. Fantastic, but exhausting!

Trampoline for everyone
Jun 2018 • Friends
At jump 360, you can get up on the trampolines no matter what age and have a bounce. There is basketball trampolines, a foam pit and so much more fun for everyone.

Quick afternoon entertainment with the kids , take a deep breath and have lots of patience....
Jun 2018 • Family
Decided to reward the kids and a friend with a visit to the new Jump 360 @ Shanghai Mart. The place and jumping possibilities are fantastic. Certainly worth it. Pay rmb 198 for a single kid ticket is a bit hefty, but worth it.
The thing which however is incredible for a place like this, is how poorly they organize and execute the ticketing and entrance. The website link is not working, so you have to queue. And take this seriously! There is plenty of check-in staff, supervisors and managers walking around. With hundreds of people queuing, they only opened 2 of the 3 cashiers. Supervisors are chitchatting with staff, same questions are asked over and over, the manager in duty - to whom the issues were addressed - walks around and fails to address the issue and cannot manage his staff. It took us more then 27 mins to buy the tickets .... no kidding.... Nice new place , poorly managed.

Best trampoline park! Must visit!
Jun 2018 • Family
Took my 3 kids aged 3, 6 & 8 today. This is nothing compared to ones we have in Spore. So much bigger with a super long bouncy castle obstacle course that my 3 year old loved, an American Ninja course great for older kids & 2 types of slides that kept my kids entertained. Bit expensive but was worth it with the deal we got - 2 hours at Rmb 198 plus 1 hour extra! After seeing all the sights in Shanghai, this is definitely a place to bring kids so they can burn off energy & you can relax in the cafe upstairs that serves pretty decent sandwiches, pasta & pizzas. Staff were very friendly & helpful - even went out of the way to give us free 3 in 1 coffee as their machine was down for the day. If we lived here, this would be a great bday venue! Only wished we could have something like this back in Spore! Definitely a must if you are in Puxi. Bring your own trampoline socks (ones with sticky stuff on the soles) otherwise you can just buy them from the counter. They have lockers too to store your belongings (rmb 5). Thank you Jump 360!

Good fun, a bit expensive
Sep 2017 • Family
We have been there as a family with two children of 5 and 8 years.
Installations for jumping are generally good and ensure some good fun time.
The pool looked a bit not so clean and too crowded, so we did not allow the kids to go inside.
Overall a bit expensive for the offer.

Was a great place to go on a rainy day when you want to stay active, my boyfriend and i (22 years old) had so much fun here and the best part was that there was not very many people . We were free to go on any trampoline and the staff was very friendly. To get there from the subway you get off at east xujing and then we took a cab from the stop and showed him this address 请带我去 纪翟路1408号, 近纪展路

Good place for teens
Jan 2017 • Family
If you want to hold a party for teenagers, this would be the place. Ask them about their package deals. During some holidays, they have special deals like buy 2 hours and get an additional hour free. It is a bit overpriced, buy if you need a place indoors, this would be a good place for your kids to release their energy.

Good fun but a little expensive
Dec 2016 • Friends
Great place to spend a couple of hours. If you ever wanted to try an American Ninja Warrior style obstacle course, play slam ball or just wanted to do some back flips into a landing pit, 360 Jump is the place to do it. They'll charge you 118rmb if you go for one hour or 198rmb for two. They have two trampoline parks, one in Baoshan, the other in Minhang. I definitely recommend to go to the one in Baoshan.
