We went there twice to buy snack and water when Living at Uprising. Every body we meet were so kind. There is a supermarked and a elektric store surinding small arts shops. The backpakkers place is also here.

The Arts Village has a handful of small shops and restaurants, including a coffee shop with wifi, and a reasonably decent grocery store. However, the larger two story building has quite a run down feel at this point, especially in the poorly lit main corridor....More

This was a nice place to leave the hotel and grab some lunch and shop. It had a range of souveniers, a dive shop, two restaurants and a giant size jenga game that my boys had fun playing. Nice atmosphere.

The village is coming of age and would need a refreshing make over. Lots of shops are closed or empty and the place got a bit of a run down feel about it. Not sure what the "art" part of the village refers too, but...More

My husband wandered to the village from the Pearl Resort. Nice and casual and you don’t get hounded to buy things. Not a hell of a lot of shops to look at but the surroundings are lovely. There is a nice big Lilly pond under...More

We visited the Arts Village whilst staying in Pacific Harbour. It is the only commercial centre in this area. We found it to be very run down and dirty which was quite off putting. Although it would have been a lovely place when built it...More

Wasn’t there 3 weeks ago! But I’ve heard it’s a very common thing to have shoes stolen.

Sorry but we were there in the off season so it was hard to tell what was happening. Everything was very quiet then.
