We booked a trip on March 6, for the 1:30 cruise time, while the water was a bit choppy at the harbor when we got out on the main water, it was HORRIBLY choppy! The 'captain' even told us that we may want to hold on to the railing above and behind us, as we went on the water was so bad that it was bouncing all of on the boat up out of our seats and slamming us back down. The boat was actually lifted up about 2feet and dropping back down with a slam, we were going at a higher rate of speed thru this. It was within a few minutes of going that I became very sea sick to the point of gagging and throwing up. The captain said, 'if you're getting sick lean over the rail, not in the boat'. to which I replied, I am trying! but with the boat bouncing so high and hard, I was afraid to lean over the edge for fear of being tossed overboard. Eventually I was moved up to where I could lean over the edge more easily. As I continued to be sick 2 other people were getting sick. The captain did call in after our trip and tell them to cancel the 2:30 trip as the water was too rough to go out, yet he kept us out there the whole trip of about an hour. We had used this location in the past with no problems, it seems like profit was more important that passenger safety that day.
