We had a family reunion in Orange Beach this year, and this dolphin sail boat cruise was the best part of the trip! It was 3 hours long and we got to swim!!! I've been on a sail boat dolphin cruise that was 2 hours long, you couldn't swim and it was almost double the amount of this one! There's... More

We had a party of 10, with 4 adults and 6 kids ranging in ages from 1.5 to 9. Captain BJ and First Mate John were excellent with the kids, taking them below decks, allowing them at the helm, attentive and engaging. We had no worries concerning the kids' safety. All of us thoroughly enjoyed sailing on the Daedalus around... More

Captain BJ and his first mate were both very friendly and attentive. They gave us a heads up when the sails would be moving or the boat would tilt, took pictures of us with the sunset in view, and even called another sailor to snap a few shots when they noticed a friend nearby. The boat was clean and quite... More

The crew of the Daedalus were very personable. The ship was quite spacious for our party of 6 adults. We booked a 3 hour sail and swim at 9am. If you aren't familiar with this region of the US, it's hot and it's humid, so the earlier you can go on an excursion the better. Unfortunately, there had been rain... More

The sunset cruise was relaxing, beautiful, educational, entertaining, and inspiring! There were other cruise options we are eager to return and try. Master & skipper, B. J. and his capable first mate, John, sailed the lovely Daedalus expertly as B. J. spun fascinating sailor's tales (they might even have been true). It was the best return on our vacation dollars... Cpt. B.J and John were great. My husband and I manned the helm and the guys walked us through the basics, showing us several ways to navigate. It was a very relaxing ride.

Fantastic time had by all! Captain BJ was great. Saw lots of dolphins. Loved the stop and swimming. The whole gang had a great time (group aged from 8-43).

We just spent the most amazing night on a sunset cruise on the Daedalus. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to go sailing. We've got on quite a few cruises, and this is one of the best ones we've gone on. The Captain and his crew member did a wonderful job!

BJ the captain was so friendly and funny. He really made our time on the Daedalus worth it. There were 10 in my group and three others in a different group and he kept us entertained the entire time. He had a cooler with soda and water in case anyone ran out. One of the best parts was being able... More
