My review seems to have been deleted, not sure why. I've rewritten it: My husband took our 12-year old son parasailing with this company. It was my son's first time and he was pretty excited when they left and very upset when they returned. Apparently, rather than dipping my son's feet in the ocean, they completely submerged him and drug him through the water. He says there was an enormous jellyfish very nearby. He also says that the employee on board (Kevin) was swearing, and also playing music loudly that had swear words. I left messages for the owner to discuss my concerns, but he has chosen not to return my calls. There are many choices for companies offering parasailing - I'd recommend choosing a different option.

I took my 12-year old son parasailing for his first time yesterday. We specifically chose this company based on the reviews I read here, so it is really important that you be aware of the situation we encountered. First, the driver of the boat was playing very loud music the entire trip. We wanted to enjoy the beautiful ocean, but the music was too loud (I like loud music, and it was even too loud for me). There were swear words in the music. My son pointed this out to me so I know he noticed them. THEN the company employee swore in front of my son as well (and not swear words you'd hear on primetime TV - much worse). I've been parasailing twice before. In my experience you should expect to have your feet and maybe your legs up to your knees get wet. This company completely dunked my son and I and drug us through the water. My son was completely submerged. This was near a spot where we had just observed a large jellyfish. When we got back to our condo, my wife called to discuss the swearing and the fact that my son was dunked without asking his permission. The company wouldn't answer the phone, but when she called with a different cell phone than what she used to make the reservation (right after calling with the original phone) they immediately picked up. I have to assume they were screening the calls. So unless you want to be dragged through the water, have your children subjected to swearing, and listen to loud inappropriate music, I recommend you NOT utilize this company. We have tried to contact the owner, and they have chosen to not return our calls despite my request to speak with them. If I could give less than 1 star I would do so. I would still welcome a return phone call so I can share my dissatisfaction directly with the owner.

Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us great instructions of were to go and not go. During our trip up the bay saw dolphins and did a little snorkeling (lots of crabs and jelly fish) around Robinson Island. Overall great experience and something different than laying on beach.

All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They were on dock when we left and returned; and helped us get all our stuff back to the car.
