Very nice and clean with laundromat and bath house and sewer and water hookup with 30/50 amp service pet friendly, alot of trees so satalitte is iffy but local channels used with regular attenna works great. They have pull through sites and back in. They are really nice hardworking employees. Very quiet and safe they do drive thru regularly. This park... More

We have gone a couple of times to Chickasabogue and have enjoyed it a lot. You don't have to dress up to get there or be fancy while you are there. There are lots of kids and it is definitely a family place. But it is quite small. That is really what we like about it.

Our favorite place to kayak. We go upstream, after passing several sand bars, the bigger boats can't make it. The creek is beautiful, lots of trees. Some places are a little tricky to navigate. Love this place.

We were looking for a place to run while in Mobile...wanted to try some trail running and the park caught our eye. We ran the Cemetery Trail and The Beach Trail...total was about 4.5 miles on my Garmin. Nice trails, it was $1.00 per person to get into the park. The guy at the main gate was very helpful and... Lots to do for everyone. It costs a buck to get in to enjoy fishing , swimming, hiking , baseball diamonds , volleyball courts , grills , picnic tables etc. You can bring your tent or rv for overnight stays

They have a no alcohol policy at the park. The Mobile County Police patrol the park stopping random people and asking them what's in their cups. I thought they were profiling me until I saw them search a white woman's SUV and make her and her 3 friends leave the park. She told me that they told her she was... More

This is a delightful campground, large semi-private campsites with FHU and all amenities, including convenient restrooms and laundry, security guard on site, small store, nice lake for canoeing, but no swimming. Very moderate pricing too!
