Wonderful mass, I go here when ever I can, if you intend to go to midnight mass on Christmas, get there at least two hours early, or you will find no parking or seats.

Being of Italian heritage, a Mobile resident and Catholic, my review is most definitely partial. If you are an architecture buff. If you feel an indescribable spiritual humility when you walk in a Church. If you wander how many thousands of people have walked and seen what you are seeing as you walk and gaze at Cathedral's main Altar...if you... More

A group of us visited this church and had a guided tour. Very nice and interesting. The stained glass is beautiful as is the whole church.

Even if you're not Catholic this structure is worth seeing just for the architecture and interior artwork. We visited this on a rainy cold day and had our breath taken away when we entered. Be sure to descend the circular stairway at the left side that takes you down to the vaults of previous priests. The stained glass windows are... More

In this big small town of Mobile, this architectural beauty is a must see. Of course you SHOULD have quiet reverance while visiting and since it is free, drop a few dollars into the donation box. They have done a great job of maintaining its features.

This is a very beautiful Catholic cathedral in downtown Mobile and worth just walking in the door to view the beauty. I'm not Catholic (I'm Episcopal), but when I was a little girl, I wanted to be married in this beautiful church. Partial dream come true - I married a Catholic there without a full Mass so I got the... More

We loved walking through this magnificent church with layers of gorgeous artwork throughout depicting scenes of Christ. Our teens enjoyed the church as well. Well worth the time to stop in and enjoy the beauty of this well preserved place.

Beautiful interior. The colors in the stained glass are gorgeous. The only issue was they were waxing the floor so we couldn't get in the middle aisle.
