It's filled with great photo shops, souvenir shops, and things to see, especially when it's sunny out and looking beautiful You can find a lot of beautifully decorated cycle rickshaws. Near by you can find a "I love Melaka" structure which is very famous for selfies

In this area there are a couple of monuments or artefacts dedicated to Queen Victoria including the fountain in the Dutch Square. It is a central location next to the famous church and Stadhuys.

The water isn't always turned on, so the fountain itself isn't the draw by itself, but the surrounding area is wonderful. It's filled with great photo ops, souvenir shops, and things to see, especially when it's sunny out and looking beautiful. Go here for the square. :)

The Queen Victoria's Fountain is not always sprouting with water. Most of the time it is off! However there is a Christchurch next to this and is worth a visit.

It was said that the Queen Victruia fountain was built about more than a hundred years ago (built maybe in 1900 or so) and is a popular spots for tourist to take photographs for remembrance when visiting Melaka. It is very near the Red Square called Stadthuys (about 100 meters away) which was built by the Dutch between 1641 and... More
