Piece of British history in the middle of Dutch Square. Erected in 1904 by the people of Malacca in memory of Queen Victoria. Looking good for 114 years old!

This fountain was built in early 1800 when Malacca was under the Britain's colonization. Very beautiful fountain stood right in front of the famous Christ Church Melaka

This is where people are dropped off to explore the city. Queen Vick fountain is a hot spot for visitors waiting to take tuk tuk rides. Little market selling cheap treasure and watermelon drinks to keep u hydrated.

The fountain is located in Dutch Square, which should be included as part of your visit to Malacca. It's not spectacular, but serves as a reminder of the British colonial presence.

A charming antique looking fountain right at the dutch square to catch a breath on a sunny day and to get couple of photographs. The vibe to this place is great. Quite crowded with tourists and funny looking trishaws themed after cartoon characters playing really...More

It never fails to amaze me what there are TA review pages for sometime. This is a fountain that intrudes it the frontage in front of the red Dutch buildings. You will go to the red buildings so you will see it. End of!

Bit of British history surrounded by Dutch and Portuguese. Fountain is dated and raised in honour of Queen vic and surrounded by horrific noisy trishaws.
