I did one Cyril’s classes a few years back in Goa and it totally changed my life! That class was the first time I ever felt truly connected to myself and in a way that I never felt possible, in a split second my whole life path changed. Safe to say I had a spiritual awakening and I have now been practicing for several years and have become a yoga teacher myself. That one class I took was a catalyst for my journey of healing and transformation.
I would highly recommend! Only wish I had more chance to practice and learn from him!

We are two retired women from Sweden and always dreamed of going to India practicing yoga. We found a very good yoga studio, Cyrils yoga in Calangute in Goa.
We have practice two hour nearly every day in two weeks. He help us achieve and taught us. His aura and patience was key to him being great yoga teacher. This was a once in a lifetime trip and can see us going once more. We recommend yoga center and Cyril to anyone hwo want to extend and exceed there yoga practice and see and overwiew
of new experiences.

Cyril is a fantastic yoga teacher. His classes are dynamic and spiritual. He is an expert at what he does and his encouragement and hsnds on adjustments allows you to accomplish moves that you never thought possible. I have visited his studio in Goa twice and one day would love to return. Thank you for such a wonderful experience Cyril keep up the great work 🧘♀️🧘♀️🧘♀️

Brilliant Class. By far the best Yoga class I have ever attended in any country and any style.
Cyril has a very hands on approach and gets you in positions never thought possible. Saw improvement after only one classes. Highly recommended.

My wife and I signed up for yoga lesson with Cyril Yoga Centre.
The location of the yoga centre is about 20minutes walk from Kingstork Hotel in Holiday Street.
My wife is a regular yoga practitioner whereas I am completely new to it. Cyril was patience with me and assisted me with most of the exercise.
My wife demanded that Cyril make me perform the head stand by the time we finish our 5 days course or money back and Cyril gamely agreed to such scheme and accepted the challenge! Since then Cyril been patiently coaching me to avoid returning our money.
There are two sessions each day and we took the morning session starting at 830am and finishes at 10am. Most the morning classes are full and it is a good idea to sign up early.
I paid for the yoga classes and ayurvedic treatment with a credit card (safe transaction)!
I signed up for one of the ayurvedic treatment. It was good…much better than my previous experience in Jaipur.
If we are ever back to Goa again, yes, we will return back to Cyril.

I was in Goa in January and whilst there decided to do some yoga,and see how it compares to my yoga classes in London,my hotel recommended Cyril yoga,so gave it a try and thank god I went,my yoga practise improved in 5 days more than my 1 year of yoga in London!!! An absolute must visit place if you are into your yoga,and also a must try is the ayurvidic massage followed by shirodhara....

Found the Cyril yoga Ayurveda Centre accidentally but I am glad I did. Cyril is an excellent instructor and certainly knows his yoga. I would strongly recommend it regardless of whether you are a beginner, intermediate or an advanced yoga practitioner.

Cyril yoga in Calangute is the ultimate yoga exoerience. The classes are fast moving varied and very professional. The rooftop yoga gym is the perfect setting for this mind soothing activity. I have been practising yoga with Cyril for at least ten years and he has quite literally changed my life. Highly recommended.

Your desire - my desire. This is the impression I was left with after visiting Сyril Yoga Ayurveda Centre. I was impressed with how attention, sensitivity and desire to help Сyril met me, administrator Karan and all the staff yoga center.
Still arrived in Goa, I knew I really want to visit the training of yoga, as I am a trainer on yoga in Russia. I wanted to see how the classes are held in India, and in particular the master, to take something new for my, let through new energy, communicate with peers.
In the center I came by accident, focusing only on information they have heard that you can work out, and went to find out what's what. But I am very glad that it came to CyrIl. It all started with the fact that almost without knowing English, I still managed to explain what I want to thank Cyril, who organized the translation from Russian into English and vice versa. I did not count on a quick visit to the training however, therefore did not have clothes for yoga (coming back from the beach). And Cyril kindly offered to use a form of the Centre. Everything was organized fantastically. It seemed to me that what I want, want the whole yoga center)). I was happy that my desire is fulfilled so fast!
I want to say about the art of Cyril. This is a true master of yoga, He has a lot to learn. Of proposed and executed them asanas not all I was able to perform well despite the fact that the very coach - something to strive for! If I had the opportunity to live in Goa longer, I would have completed a course of study at Cyril.

Thanks for your question. We don't have any Ayurvedic treatment right now. Before we have Ayurvedic treatment that was taken by one Ayurveda doctors under contract. That doesn't belong to Cyril yoga. But located in the same building. In future any updating you can find on our website cyrilyoga com
